Any recommendations for thinning hair? I have noticed that my hair especially in the front has started thinning.

HRT.
I imagine that’s not what you meant (and i don’t know how old you are) but it helped mine.

It depends on the cause of your thinning hair, but topical minoxidil (aka Rogaine) is proven very effective. You'd want the men's 5% version, not the women's version (assuming you're not planning pregnancy). It's widely available OTC.
My scalp does not tolerate topical minoxidil, so I use oral and it's made a huge difference. The oral version is prescription only.
As @gar pointed out, HRT can be helpful too. N=1 but in my personal experience, HRT reduced shedding but didn't cause regrowth.
ETA: If you try anything with large amounts of biotin, be sure to consult with your doctor because it can jack up your blood test results.

I’ve been taking a combo of oral minoxidil and finasteride. After several months, I definitely see a difference.

when I lost almost all of my hair after a lengthy stay in the hospital, I took Hairtamin and my hair came back in much fuller.

I use Nioxin products. It may not help hair to grow, but my hair does look fuller. (I lost my hair during chemo and only about 85% grew back.)

I feel ya! My hair has always been fine (flyaway) and thin. ugh. I have been using Toppik Hair Building Fibers for a couple of years and love what it does to camoflauge my thin spots and to temporarily thicken the hair that is there. My hair color has ranged from fairly dirty blonde with dark lowlights to the way I wear it now: darkish brown roots and hair with light highlights. The MEDIUM BROWN color is very dark, almost black, in my opinion, so I first tried two of the lighters shades. Both of those turned green on my head - not the look I was going for!!! I don't think that happens with everyone but I def. read it in the reviews afterwards. This medium brown color has been a game changer for me, boosts my confidence in terms of my appearance. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CC038K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Check out some videos by users showing their hair before sprinkling on the powder and then watch while they transform their hair. This stuff isn't cheap but for the amount I need I find it lasts me a long time. It has also allowed me to wash my hair less frequently so I'm not constantly washing it out of my hear. I HATED the hair spray they claim helps to lock the fibers in place. Very heavy and though they say it's unscented, it has a very strong chemical odor I could never have following me around all day!

I’ve been noticing a thinning spot as well. I have gotten the viral rosemary oil and recently got Virtue Flourish density booster. Now I just need to remember to use them. I’m also trying to be more diligent and consistent with using collagen powder.
