Their store brand has some cork titles/embellishments. I have also seen some new lines of paper in packs. Some of it is original paper like Bo Bunny and some of it has been altered a little to make it different than the original papers like Simple Stories.

I just moved to an area with hobby lobby and while I was thrilled. I would love to see some new items. The Joann's has better and newer stuff which shocked me as the one where I moved from never had anything. I am already bored with hobby lobby's scrapbook stuff. What time of year do they reset and get new stuff. |

My HL gets new stuff probably every month or so. I love the new line of Paper Studio punches. They are very similar to the more expensive brands, but I can see they are trying. They just got new edgers this December. I think HL must be very different from state to state.

Yes, mine has the same store brand line - Scrapabilities? - something like that, but they do have a good assortment of stuff, and this week they are having another "blow out" sale of 50% off most of the store brand product.
Christmas stuff is also on sale.

Makes me miss my LSS even more. Unfortunately, it appears all the local big box craft stores (i.e. HL, M's, ACM, Joann) use that strategy; on occasion a store will offer an endcap of limited edition inventory (e.g. Joann - Heidi Swapp Essentials). Tuesday Morning has become the only chain store with (old) scrapbook supply turnover. Sadly, the only remaining LSS in the area is not convenient & does not stock my favorite manufacturers. |
