May plans/goals:
-participate in the SG iNSD crop
-finish my last layout for the 4x6 class
-print March 2024 photos
-keep scrapping
-get caught up on the SG layout/week and stay caught up

Tonight I finished putting some of my dies on a new die board. It is 2 feet by 7 feet. I am hoping it reminds me to check my dies. I keep many in Avery Elle envelopes and on long mirrors. Now to get back to my regularly scheduled scrapping.  |

I didn't set any goals for April and then ended up scrapping quite a bit, so I'm hoping I don't jinx myself by setting goals for May.
I'd like to:
* work on one of my older PL albums. 2022 is down to <20 pages to complete, a mix of pocket and 12x12 pages still to be done.
* make progress on one of my vacation albums. I finished my 2016 vacation album during April which has given me a burst of energy to revisit some older, incomplete, projects.
* scrap for NSD weekend

I have some organizing & crafty goals for May. The first half of the month will be busy, so I know my list is over ambitious... - start NYC 2023 trip album
- complete SCT Allison Davis sketch class (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May)
- complete month-in-review layouts (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr)
- put layouts completed last month away
- mail birthday cards (4/4)
- decide on storage method / organize & put away metal dies - working on it!

I pretty much skipped doing anything sb-y in April but did start doing a small sort & purge the last week. I'm hoping to continue that in May; hopefully finish up. Much success to everyone's goals this month. Thanks for keeping us focused linda. |

It's a big step forward for me, seeing last year I ordered the whole past year all at once.

My scrapping kind of took a nose-dive halfway through April due to a bunch of life stuff... so getting back to my desk is goal #1.
I probably should order photos (I've been ordering every two months or so) and I need to do an April wrap up page for my 2024 album.
Otherwise, just going to go where ever my scrap-mood wants to go this month...

May is always just SO MUCH: multiple family birthdays, baseball season, end of the school year events, Mothers' Day, etc. This particular year, it's all of that in addition to planning to visit St. Louis over Memorial Day weekend, a drywall incident in my office that will require professional repair, and work potentially being extra-busy because I'll be gone on vacation the last half of June. I will scrap but I have no idea when or how much. Let's say my May goal is to take lots of photos to scrap in June and July and if it works into the schedule, to scrap this month, too.  |

May can get busy outside in the garden for me, so I am not sure what I will accomplish in my craft room.
A project I NEED to complete is the scrapbook I will be giving my dgd on her grad June 7th. I have most of the pages printed, but they need to be organized and put in an album. Ordered the album and page protectors on Saturday. Finished another couple of pages today.

-finish my mom's mother's day card and get it in the mail ASAP
-add the pictures to March and April's pocket pages
-complete my layout for Sketches 2024 class
-finish (start!) Week in the Life 6x8 notebook
-make a Sheetload of Cards using the May sketch
-complete June's Book of Me and Daily Pages for the Awesome Ladies' Project editorial team.

My May 2024 goal is to survive the month! My oldest son graduates high school on May 18th, my parents will be in town for a week surrounding the graduation, our other three kids are in their last month of school, my youngest son is job searching and starting driver's education, and we have a paddleboard trip scheduled for May 10th. Oh! And Mother's Day May 11th. I'll be lucky if I get my DT layouts complete!

I've made more this month than the past 2 months.  I've made 8 birthday cards and one layout so far. Plans: -finish a travel album from 2009 -make 8 more birthday cards -make 2 teacher cards -finish January-March 2024 project life |

I finally, finally scrapped today.
I made five page kits of birthday layouts, all with one (Recollections brand, from a couple years ago) birthday themed pad of paper. They're not all the way done, of course, but it's a huge start.
