Hi everyone! I don't have a lot planned for today ... I might meet up with my (male) teacher friend and run some errands together ... or we might just get together for dinner ... This is what I posted on Facebook today ... my RBF is just a part of who I am ... students like to point it out ... I care little ... if they expect me to be smiling all the time they are going to be waiting until they are old and grey! Do you have RBF? Dinner tonight will probably be a burger and onion rings ... I have a coupon and I had them the other night and they were so good! How is everyone feeling today? How is your hand jeremysgirl? What are your plans today? What is on your menu tonight? Have a great Saturday everybody!

No real plans today other than to straighten up my scrapbooking stuff. I brought home last weekend. Dinner will be probably homemade chicken soup. My allergies are kicking my ass today and it’s chilly and rainy here.

I do not have RBF. When I look like that then it's time for everyone to run. I have RLF, resting laugh face. I love to laugh and love to spread the laughs. A burger and onion rings, sound so good, leannec . Enjoy every bite. cadoodlebug, you are always smiling in your photos. Today will be spent bagging up more of the kitchen and then I'll try and get through the current battle that I've been trying to get through for 4 days on my game. Dh and I have a game for 2 to start, but it'll have to wait a week or two. We have way too much happening at once. Windows will be coming in this month, too. I'm feeling overwhelmed. Dinner will be rechauffe chicken Florentine.

I’m currently babysitting the grandboys. Their parents are on a limo brewery tour for the day. DH is on an ATV Poker Run. I’ll be taking the grand boys back to my place for a bit this afternoon so Walker can be let outside.
I don’t have a RBF but I know a few people who do! Let me just say that customer service is not a good job for those people!
I’m making tacos for myself and the boys. DH will have a burger at the barbeque following the Poker Run.

Do the boys just love Walker? The other day one of cats pee'd where his litter box used to be. We had to move it to make way for the new flooring. Dh was annoyed, but said, "at least he didn't pee on his friend".

I definitely have RBF, or at least not a very friendly resting face.
Today has been busy for me. I had to be at our church by midday and spent the afternoon with my beautiful 1st Communion kids. We had lunch - pizza, after talking about Jesus eating together with his disciples and ‘breaking bread’ - then revisited our bible stories from the lessons, before going into the chapel to run through what would happen in the Mass. The parents joined us at 3pm and we had a hymn practice before our priest arrived and showed the kids how he prepared for Mass. It was a lovely Mass and the children actually received communion today. Tomorrow will be the big celebration Mass, but they have shaken off their nerves and all will be wonderful!
When I arrived home, DH had dinner almost ready. Steak on the grill, with coleslaw and grilled zucchini slices. There was also a nice bottle of red wine to accompany it all.
Tomorrow morning will also be busy, but then I can relax for 18 months before doing it all over again!

Well all three of us are kicking back, listening to the rain. DH taking a well earned nap after yesterday's house projects. And me reading. My eyes are driving me nuts between allergies and dermatitis. We may go out for dinner.
No RBF here. I'm usually on the side of smiling. I even had a musician come up to me after he finished his gig and told me I had a lovely smile which was nice for him to see while performing. Must be daunting on performers to see lots of RBF. 😆

No one has told me I have rbf With sisters and daughters they’d for sure let me know. With aging the corners of our mouth are naturally pulled down by gravity so that’s why some people always look like they’re frowning later.
I’ve been doing basement patio cleanup. The tables set up for my massively failed seed starts came down. I washed all the screens, windows & doors on the first floor. The dirt blew everywhere when they dug it. It’s gray today with off & on rain. Now I’m sleepy. I just want to sit on my patio and read but it’s not covered. So no eating out there tonight.
I did go to the farmer’s market this morning to get my knives sharpened. Dd2 needed produce. I got honey & flowers.
Dinner is out on a covered patio. It’s just American food.
I forgot about National Scrapbook Day. I miss those. I just found all the crop charms I have from all those crops.

I’m sure I used to have RBF (I still see it on my front door camera all the time when I’m trying to get the damn electronic lock to open) but these days I feel like I’m smiling all the time. Just had breakfast but now I’m heading over to my sister’s for an extended family brunch. So I will probably still be stuffed come dinner time. If so, I will just nibble. leannec, enjoy your speed dating and please report back. I think it sounds like fun. But seven minutes each sounds like too long to me.

I was pretty lazy this morning but took my mom to a haircut appointment and ran a few errands.
Dinner (actually lunch-dinner, Linner) was take-and-bake pizza which was yummy. We don't have it close to our house so I usually pick it up as it's next to our hairstylist.
I binged Selling the OC and now I'm watching the Derby races and will probably play DDLV tonight.
Hope you all have a good day!

scrapmaven: Haha, too funny! Not funny that your cat peed on the floor but so funny your DH made that comment! The boys love Walker and Walker absolutely loves the boys. He’s pretty crazy around them and he’s eye level with the youngest so that’s a bit challenging at times. But he’s getting better so we can only hope!

Does anyone ask if men have RBF? Do they worry about it? Does anyone tell a man to Smile?
Nope! So why do we need to concerned about it? (1 100% have RBF and I 1000% dont care! Lol)
Dh and I went to FOUR Lowe's, a Home Depot, and the Italianish market while ds was at work. Ds ended up having plans with friends this evening and dh and I were tired, so we picked up some things from the market for dinner.

Just got back from a late-day Costco run. It's gray, cool, & rainy here. Was lazy this morning to chill out from all our flurry of activity last weekend, so that felt nice. DH & I then spent some time going through our planned activities for a gaming convention we're going to next month. Signed up for a few (including one together), and watched as our own sessions filled up when registration opened. Mine are completely full, and some of his are full. (He's running more than me and we do completely different game types.) We're having either spaghetti or baked pork chops, haven't decided yet. We've started working on organizing all the *stuff* we brought home from MIL's house (mostly photos and photo albums, and a new-to-us small bookshelf to hold the photo albums. (At least they're out of boxes! Progress!) sueg , your story about your 1st communion class getting their nerves out reminds me of my brother's 1st communion. He and 2 friends got into a giggling fit and laughed uncontrollably through a large part of the mass. My mother was mortified! I was a year older, so I had already been through it and was watching their shoulders just shaking with laughter as they knelt at the altar rail. I have no memory of what the priest did, but they eventually must have held it in long enough to receive. (We were raised Catholic. I went through 1st communion up through just before confirmation, when I took about an 8-year break, eventually being confirmed Episcopalian.) I'm glad your kiddos got through it without incident! Congrats! ETA: I have no idea whether I have RBF - if so, no one's ever mentioned it to me (but if I did it seems like one or the other of my DDs would've told me...)!

I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I must have had RBF from a very young age. A (male) friend once told me that if he didn't know me, and saw me walking towards him on the path, he would cross to the other side of the road. His point was that I had a scary scowl. And I was only in my late teens at the time! These days I try to make an effort to smile more. But it's not to hide my RBF, it's because my old-lady jowls aren't as saggy if I'm smiling!

I used to have a RLF in my younger days As I got older and life events happened I realized I have a RBF now. I'm friendly just not smiling all the time. I did a load of laundry and then just colored and watched movies the rest of the afternoon. For dinner I made a chicken pot pie.

I laugh a lot, because I had so much trauma in my younger days and being so ill now it's easy to be bummed. I refuse to give in to any of it. Instead, I try and dwell on the things that bring me joy. When I'm laughing it's hard to feel down. taylortroop , I told dh about Walker and Moose. He thought it was very funny, too. We love our goofy pets, don't we?
