I keep getting a 403 forbidden error when trying to access the site. Tried chrome and edge. Cleared cache. Cleared history.
Anyone have any ideas?

If you are still having issues, perhaps contact their chat?
Their email “customer service” is a joke and takes forever. They always seem to send a reply that has been copied and pasted from their troubleshooting section, but which either didn’t fix the issue or didn’t apply to the problem.
However, chat can take awhile to get help (although it’s much faster than their email replies), so I just have a project to work on and sit at the computer till help comes on. Just do it before Mother’s Day, because they get swamped after Mother’s Day. Apparently many individuals get new Silhouette machines for Mother’s Day.
