AKathy's "What's For Dinner?" 05/11

I've been busy cleaning my bathroom and cabinets. Took everything out of cabinets, cleaned them and put contact paper on the shelving and some wall paper on the back and sides to make them look nicer. I know nobody will see them but it makes me feel good when I open them up and they look so nice. I was also able to get rid of stuff we don't use and some old makeup that I had in there. 
After I'm done with this I'll just relax and rest for tomorrow when I go to work. I'm hoping it won't be very busy.
I have no idea what we are having for dinner yet.

Oh, lucyg -- (gentle) hugs to you, that must have been some tough news to hear. Glad that you're feeling well though and I hope they can get you into a clinical trial. Sounds like you've got a medical team working with you.

And yes -- I'm also on the bench of "I have no idea what's for dinner"! We finished most of our leftovers yesterday, and I want something new but no idea what and no motivation to cook something. We shall see...

Just arrived at the airport and we're waiting with our fellow travelers for our flight.

Dinner will probably at the Seattle Airport and whatever Delta feeds us.

lucyg, you are in my thoughts and prayers. You have a lot more than just a tribe behind you. I'm not going to worry about you, but I am going to hope that you are doing things that you enjoy doing. Do you want to travel anywhere? Right now it's all about you.

leannec, I am a hand rail user and I have to take it very slowly down steps. We even had hand rails installed on our back deck for the 2 steps to the lawn.

I'm slowly unpacking bags of food and cat food. I'm almost done. I unpack a couple bags and then lay down. I'm exhausted.

Dh has the last of the Chinese food for dinner. I need to get to the store, but that will have to wait until tmw.

We have zero plans for Mother's Day. Ods was gonna come out, but he's getting over a cold and still a bit tired, so I told him to stay put and get better. Dh was so busy that he didn't plan anything. So, I'm in charge of ordering my own Mother's Day present. It won't be puzzles, because I have a stack and we don't have room to store any more until the living room project is done. I'm thinking about what I want. No big deal.
