I had my annual and my vitamin d is low again. Dr recommended 1000 iu daily. I don’t take vitamins so it’s all Greek to me! Anyone here have any vitamin brand they swear by?

I’m a Costco member, so I buy Kirkland brand. Nature Made is the other brand I buy, recommended by my doctor.

Also Nature Made. I have a bottle of 350 soft gels, that lasts almost a year.
Corrected. I have a bottle of 500 soft gels which cost under $15!

I bought gummies but haven’t had a follow up yet. I bought the gummies hoping I’d think it’s a candy and remember to take my ‘treat’🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I also buy either Costco or the kind that Kaiser pharmacy carries. My doctor wrote it up to take Vitamin D with calcium, which I think the body needs to access the vitamin D properly.

Rather than a brand recommendation I was told to take it in sublingual form and to take it with vitamin K.

Calcium needs Vitamin D, not the other way around to my knowledge I knew they were both in the same pill, but didn’t know which component supported which. Thanks.

I used to take Nature Made... And then my levels were so low, I now take a prescription-level 50,000 IU weekly. Plus calcium.

My dr has me taking 50,000mcg weekly. I talked with my pharmacist (my sister-inlaw) and she recommended 10,000 5x a week. I take them during the week and none on weekends. This is what I take Metagenics D3 10,000 + K - for... www.amazon.com/dp/B00ECH40MQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

More like $5 for 3 months.
