A friend is trying to track down a rhyming alphabet book. All that she can remember about it is E is for egg. Eggs for breakfast, eggs for tea, an egg for you and an egg for me
Does this ring a bell with anyone? I’m not sure how old it would be.
Thanks

This sounds familiar to me. I'm guessing it is a book from the UK. My in-laws are from England and had a lot of children's books that were sent to my dh and his brother from their grandparents. I will be going up to my mil house this week and will look thru the books up there.

Is it this one? Eggs For Tea by Jan Pienkowski. Or is it more of an alphabet book?

Is it this one? Eggs For Tea by Jan Pienkowski. Or is it more of an alphabet book? That’s a sweet book, I haven’t come across that one before, some of the wording is very similar but she had said it was a proper rhyming alphabet book. I’ll pass on these details though. Thanks

A person can also just Google the phrase and get the answer.

Google also suggested a "little monsters" title as well as the book previously mentioned.

Google also suggested a "little monsters" title as well as the book previously mentioned. Thanks for that suggestion. Google hadn’t brought up the correct result
