I have about 4 pieces of leftover deli fried chicken (2 breasts and 2 wings). I also have 1 cluster of snow crab that we didn't finish last night. Any ideas what I could make? It definitely doesn't have to be together. TIA
Update:
I made a chicken cordon bleu casserole and it was pretty good! I'll likely make a crab salad tonight.

I am always so lazy for things like that and always make them into a sandwich type salad…chicken and crab - 2 separate in this case. But I like to have it on good bread, rolls, or croissants. Even more so if I take the time to pan fry them. Hope you get some good ideas from creative non lazy leftover users. 😄

I'd probably just make a cold buffet - chicken, crab, raw veggies and/or fruit, cheese, olives, good bread, etc.
Another option would be chicken/crab fried rice.

But when I think about it those are good ingredients and I would think about a lot of other options but always seem to resort back to the salads.
tacos, quesadillas, burritos, etc. crab and pasta (hot, butter, garlic or some such “sauce”) chicken - pot pie, chicken and biscuits, chicken gravy over rice or noodle, a chicken casserole (like a tuna) A cold pasta salad with either a chicken and crab chowder on top of a tossed salad

I would (separately) shred them, and make sandwiches with croissant rolls. I would also toast the rolls, I love toasted shredded chicken sandwiches.

Lately I’ve been eating this, which has crispy chicken:
PEACHY Salad mixed greens, crispy chicken, grilled corn, peaches, cornbread crumble, pickled red onions, carrots, sriracha ranch dressing, maple bbq drizzle

We had these beautiful tuna steaks over the weekend, and they were so big we couldn't eat it all. We made those into soft tacos last night. I would do the same with your leftovers.

With the chicken I would make rice paper rolls, and add some rice, julienned veggies and an Asian dressing. (Or, I would just eat it cold!) With the crab, I would make a pasta dish. I saved a recipe the other day, that was linguini with prawns and lobster, and I would use the crab instead of lobster. Or, I would make my very favourite finger food Asian Crab and Prawn Wonton Crisps.

We certainly have all the ingredients here for that and plenty of Asian restaurants, but it's just not the dominant thing here.

The only reason that popped into my mind was because DSO bought some rice paper rolls for lunch on the weekend, and there is a fried chicken one still in the fridge. And then I bought some rice paper rolls for lunch when I was in town on Monday. I don't eat them that often, but I had them twice in three days. I am trying to eat healthier in the lead up to our trip, and they are a really good healthy low fat option.

I just cut up the remains of a rotisserie chicken with the plans to make chicken salad and Buffalo chicken dip tomorrow. I also wrapped up the carcass and put it in the freezer to make chicken stock for soup on our next cool day.

We like chicken wraps. Rice, green tortillas, sesame dressing, cucumber and chow mein noodles.

Last night we discussed that from now on we buy two chickens when we are at Sams. You can get a lot of meals out of those $5 chickens.
