Years and years ago, on the recommendation of many Peas, I began using Lanacane anti-chafing gel as a primer as its ingredients were supposedly very close to name brand makeup products. I LOVE IT! I am at the bottom of my stash and when I went to buy more (usually readily available at Walmart and local drugstores here in Canada) I cannot find it. Amazon.ca has it for $80 for 3 tubes but I was paying about $9/tube.
Does anyone know if itβs discontinued? Is it still available at the regular price in the US?
If it is discontinued does anyone have recommendations for a similar feeling makeup product. I love how smooth and silky it makes my skin feel.
Or, do I bite the bullet and pay the Amazon price for a product I love?

I had to order from Amazon last time I purchased and the price had jumped to $18/tube, IIRC.
I am sure I won't pay $80 so when this is gone, that will be it for me π

You can still use the Monistat chafing gel instead. It's $6.48 on amazon.

There is some for sale on eBay for $28/tube and the listing states it is discontinued. I hate when they discontinue old favorites! Just recently finished up our stash of T-Gel, only to discover it was discontinued over a year ago. π€¦πΌββοΈ

Me four. I even use it in my feet as it helps prevent blisters, and on my thunder thighs (when I had them lol) to prevent rubbing/rash. Fantastic stuff.

Thanks for the reminder about Monistat, I had forgotten that it was also recommended. I will look locally for it.
