Looks like we just missed volcanic activity in Iceland. 20 earthquakes and a possible eruption coming. We are all so sad we missed it!
I'm just watching the morning news, and they are evacuating all tourists, so I don't know how much you would have seen, even if you were there. It would have been scary as hell to be there, but wow, what a travel story it would have made! I'm also watching for updates about the deadly landslide in PNG. They don't have any idea how many people have died yet. The other day they were saying 2000 people, but today they're saying it 'only' 162. 🤷♀️ sueg I forgot to mention the other day.... when I mentioned that I'd like to make the Berber spice mix, you mentioned Gewürzhaus in Carlton. I am actually subscribed to their mailing list, although I haven't bought anything yet. This just might prompt me to make my first purchase, or take a trip to Carlton. lucyg I will take my cue from you, and focus on how good your life is right now, rather than worry about the shit stuff. I hope you get on a trial soon. |

I made individual pies for dinner. First up I made Shepherd's Pies using the rechauffe slow cooked lamb from Sunday lunch. I used a Rick Stein recipe. I also made some butter chicken pies using the rechauffe butter chicken from Tuesday night's dinner. |

We went to Sky Lagoon instead as the BL is over an hour away. |

scrapmaven I'm sorry she had that experience at COH. That is just awful. They saved two family members of mine. One in a clinical trial. But not all doctors are the same.
