Interesting take on the immunity decision.... It's ok for TFG , but not others to make the comments.. A young activist interpreted Justice Sonia Sotomayor's chilling warning that the Supreme Court just authorized presidents to conduct political assassinations on social media — and received an equally chilling reply from former President Donald Trump's spokesperson. "According to the Supreme Court, Biden could now send in Seal Team 6 to take all of them out," wrote Harry Sisson. "He could send in the military to take out Trump." Replied Trump campaign advisor Chris LaCivita, "Expect a Visit…." *** Trump's senior adviser could very well be suggesting President Joe Biden will act on the powers Sotomayor warned he now enjoys — Trump also tried to claim a search warrant for Mar-a-Lago contained orders that the former president be assassinated. www.rawstory.com/chris-lacivita-trump/

According to that football kicker and his “belief” of what a woman’s roll should the woman is this reel shouldn’t be allowed to do this. I wonder how he would do if he went a round with her. I suspect his fragile ego couldn’t handle his ass being handed to him by a woman. www.instagram.com/reel/C9ASrglNSYO/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

Biden-Harris campaign had a good response to TFG July 4th rants.. The famous Revolution air ports again.. Biden's reminder comes as he faces a backlash for a poor debate performance that raised concerns about his mental fitness — concerns similar to those raised when Trump warned of battery boat shark attacks and praised fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter as a "wonderful man." x.com/BidenHQ/status/1809033016230006983Then-president Trump did make such a blunder in his “Salute to America” speech in 2019 when he claimed the Continental Army defeated the British in transportation hubs that didn't exist in an era when horses and boats were considered the speedy way to go. X user California Sue recalled the recent speech in which Trump appeared to confuse electric batteries with solar power, suggesting planes would drop out of cloudy skies without fuel. I hope it was a sunny day so the planes could fly," she wrote. An X user named Pam riffed on recent calls for Biden to step aside from his reelection campaign, writing, "Hey Republicans, replace him." www.rawstory.com/trump-2668689204/

So it starts…
Kyle Griffin…
”Breaking:
Trump's legal team is now using the Supreme Court's immunity ruling — and the Thomas concurrence that Jack Smith's appointment is unconstitutional — to argue with Judge Cannon that the classified docs case should be dismissed because Smith was wrongly appointed.”

Some people get a speedy trial. Just threaten judge Aileen Cannon.. Texas woman sentenced to 3 years in prison for death threats to judge in Trump’s documents caseTiffani Shea Gish of Houston had pleaded guilty in November to leaving threatening voicemails for U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon. Feb. 9, 2024, 9:43 PM EST By Zoë Richards A Texas woman accused of making death threats against the judge presiding over former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case was sentenced Friday to three years in prison. Tiffani Shea Gish, of Houston, was sentenced to 37 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release, the Justice Department said in a news release. “Holding Tiffani Gish accountable for her threats to assassinate a federal judge sends a strong message that we have no tolerance for those — who often hide behind a far-off keyboard or phone line — seeking to undermine our democratic institutions by threatening the safety of the people who help those same institutions thrive,” U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani said in a statement. *** According to court documents, Gish had admitted to federal marshals that she left messages for Cannon, warning the judge that she was “marked for assassination” and that she planned to shoot her in front of her family. Friday’s sentencing comes as other judges in cases related to Trump have become targets. www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/texas-woman-gets-3-years-prison-death-threats-judge-trumps-documents-c-rcna138207

North Carolina sure has a problem. Their Lt Governor is running for governor.. he has some very strange ideas Controversial far-right MAGA Republican Mark Robinson has shocked yet again with his latest comments in North Carolina's gubernatorial race. And according to The New Republic's Greg Sargent, Robinson — whose past statements include Holocaust denial and saying that women shouldn't have been given the right to vote — came out with more during a June 30 speech in a church in White Lake, North Carolina. Robinson told the crowd, "Some folks need killing. It's time for somebody to say it. It's not a matter of vengeance. It's not a matter of being mean or spiteful. It's a matter of necessity."Sargent notes that those Robinson advocated "killing" included "wicked people" as well as socialists and communists, adding that the North Carolina lieutenant governor has a "long history of wildly radical and unhinged moments." According to Sargent, "He has linked homosexuality to pedophilia, called for the arrest of trans women, pushed hallucinogenic antisemitic conspiracy theories, endorsed the vile 'birther' conspiracy about Barack Obama, described Michelle Obama as a man, hinted at the need to violently oppose federal law enforcement and the government, and posted memes mocking and denying the brutal, violent assault on Nancy Pelosi's husband, among many other things." *** The journalist emphasizes that Robinson's comments are not an anomaly, but part of a pattern of MAGA Republicans calling for violence against political opponents. And he cited Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts as an example. www.rawstory.com/some-folks-need-far-right-maga-candidate-praises-violence-in-unhinged-church-ra/*** Robinson also has issues with past problems.. but doesn't like regulations.. "This guy is very pro-life except when it inconveniences him," wrote the account @ericharder. North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson, currently running for governor on a far-right MAGA platform, came under fire today for his proclamation endorsing political violence. Now he's also facing questions about a dangerous daycare he and his wife allegedly once ran. www.rawstory.com/trump-mark-robinson-dangerous-daycare/

Arkansas women just got Abortion Rights put on the ballot. Yes, I teared up a bit watching some of the AR ladies' Tiktoks. They were so emotional. But we have to keep signing. We know some signatures will get thrown out and I've heard the ? Lt Gov/AG might find some sort of loophole to be able to take it off. I'm happy but not hopeful. We are still in the Bible Belt and well, ya know.

Wake up America... While everyone is talking about whether Biden should run or not.. no talk about TFG cognitive issues the GOP too busy writing the 2025 fiscal budget.. The appropriations process for Fiscal Year 2025, which begins in October, is currently underway, with congressional committees engaging in government funding debates that are likely to continue beyond the November elections. *** In keeping with their longstanding support for austerity for ordinary Americans, Republicans in the House and Senate have proposed steep cuts to a wide range of federal programs and agencies dealing with education, environmental protection, Social Security, election administration, national parks, nutrition assistance, antitrust enforcement, global health, and more—all while they pursue additional deficit-exploding tax giveaways for the rich. www.rawstory.com/gop-austerity-rampage/

Why is the patriot front parading around Nashville with what is essentially a Chevron gas logo?
*why can’t they come up with their own flag design that doesn’t instantly look like a corporate logo? Losers
*why isn’t chevron gas protecting their trademark? 🤔

Besides overturning Roe v Wade and giving the idiot immunity the Supreme Court has been overturning protections for citizens in favor of businesses. David Roberts… ”Coverage of the Supreme Court's destruction of the Chevron doctrine was eclipsed by Biden debate nonsense, but already, barely a week on, conservatives are using the ruling to knock down admin rules they don't like.” From the article… “ The destruction of the regulatory state is already happening”

Some of the maga people are truly evil.. A former Justice Department official and law professor is calling for Republicans under former President Donald Trump to resort to "banana republic means" to exact revenge on everyone who investigated them. John Yoo, who served in the George W. Bush administration where he became infamous for authoring a memo that greenlit the use of torture for prisoners of war, has been an impassioned defender of Trump, proclaiming at one point that the Founding Fathers would have opposed impeaching Trump because it was an election year at the time. "You have to retaliate against them in exactly the same way until you get some deterrence," Yoo stated at NatCon 4, in remarks flagged by Reason Magazine editor Stephanie Slade. "If we’re not going to become a banana republic, unfortunately we’re going to have to use banana republic means.”He then went on to praise John Eastman — a far-right attorney being prosecuted in Georgia for helping Trump craft a scheme to block electors from battleground states won by President Joe Biden from being counted — as "courageous." www.rawstory.com/john-yoo/

Probably by one of his sons. No, they would have had to waste time impeaching him as 1 he never would have been elected & 2 he’d be dead from a duel with someone he pissed off if a wife or forced lover hadn’t poisoned him.

Wonder if he was on the next Federalust SCOTUS list? A Trump-appointed federal judge was forced to resign this month after just four years on the bench and a blistering ethics complaint detailed his hostile work environment and sexual misconduct with a law clerk and federal prosecutor. Judge Joshua Kindred, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, abruptly moved to step down last week. At the time, he did not give a reason. www.rawstory.com/joshua-kindred-alaska/

On my... Marla answers questions on being TFG's VP... She's willing... Donald Trump’s spurned second wife has “forgiven” the ex-president and is revved up to help him win the presidency — and even sees herself as a possible vice president. In her first interview in eight years, Marla Maples — who was blamed for the end of Trump's union with first wife Ivana, and who was later dumped for Melania — told the UK’s Evening Standard she doesn’t believe the many allegations against her ex. And she said she’s willing to do whatever is needed to help him become president again. “I’m ready. I am available if needed and I’m not sitting back anymore,” said Maples, who has a daughter, Tiffany, with Trump. “I want to step out more, share more and not be afraid of positive or negative outcomes that come from speaking out... It’s time I can really be more on point with what I may be called to do.” www.rawstory.com/marla-maples-trump/

At his best... NEWS‘Josh Hawley Was Largely Responsible for That Day’: Former Senator Reminds It Wasn’t Just the Fist or the Running Published on July 22, 2022 at 09:44 AM ET By David Badash Former U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill is reminding Americans who was “largely responsible” for the events leading up to the January 6 insurrection: Sen. Josh Hawley, Republican of Missouri. The House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack‘s Thursday night primetime hearing included the now-iconic photo of Senator Hawley pumping his fist high into the air in solidarity with the rioters, some of whom were violent, carrying weapons, and destructive – not only of the Capitol, but of American democracy. People, including Capitol law enforcement officers, died that day and in the days following. Josh Hawley fled after riling up the crowd with his raised fist. Many watching the primetime hearing were stunned to see previously unreleased footage of Hawley inside the Capitol, literally running for his life, after, as McCaskill noted on MSNBC Thursday night, he had placed the events in motion. “One important thing to remember here,” McCaskill, a Democrat who lost her Senate seat to the far right wing Hawley in 2018, “Josh Hawley was largely responsible for that day. We have to remember how this came down.” “Mitch McConnell got everyone together and said there has to be a senator, that objects– we’re not going to object. It would absolutely be a mistake for us to object, and one senator defied him,” she said, referring to Hawley. “One senator decided politically, it would be in his best interest to take up the mantle of refusing to allow the will of the American people to pass peacefully to the next president.” “That was Josh Hawley, and Josh Hawley – once Josh Hawley did that, then he had a lot of other rats who joined him on that particular boat, including Ted Cruz and others,” MCCaskill added. “But he, if you remember, on the floor, after this all happened, Mitt Romney was as mad as I have ever seen Mitt Romney, as he confronted Josh Hawley in his speech saying, ‘You did this with your lies. You did this.’ So this is really quite a bookend, that picture of the fist. And can I just tell you? No Senators run in the Capitol, ever. It is not what you do in the Capitol if you’re a senator. You walk, slowly. You do not run for your life, and that’s what he was doing there. He is afraid and he is showing that he’s afraid and I hope that sears into people’s memories, that he is the one who began this whole mess.” Rachel Maddow pointed out “the contrast between riling them in that moment,” referring to Hawley’s fist in the air, “when he in that moment is protected from them, and then once they close in on him he takes off.” www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com/2022/07/josh-hawley-was-largely-responsible-for-that-day-former-senator-reminds-it-wasnt-just-the-fist-or-the-running/
