Sorry but no one calls the riots peaceful protests. I watched my former hometown get destroyed by one. But I watched the protesters leave when it started to get dark and another group come in and start the destruction. It was really weird to watch the shift change. There were several people that were posting videos. I watched and cried to see these small businesses destroyed. I am for peaceful protests but not for riots and destruction. I don’t think they caught many of the people responsible which is even more infuriating. The initial protestors were disruptive and I wasn’t for them blocking streets but there seemed to be a different group that caused the damage at least here. The police were completely outnumbered. Causing damage is wrong no matter the side you are on. |
