Do any of you use an app for daily walking/exercise that you love?? Or any you tube videos? Need to start moving to get blood work in check and also to feel better but I’m so unmotivated.

I exercise with "Get Fit with Rick" on YouTube. He has walking workouts which are high intensity but joint friendly. His workouts are anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour and he really keeps me engaged for the entire time. I definitely feel better when I'm done.

I use the peloton app for most things, and listen to the walking workouts when walking by myself outside. Grow with Jo also has some good videos to follow on YouTube.

I do the Conqueror challenges. The medals they send are legit and really nice. The app is easy to use. I do the shorter ones to see progress on the map (psychological for me). They run about $35US with shipping...less if you do a bundle or get them on a sale.

I am a big user of the outdoor workouts on Peloton too. I’ve been a faithful Fitbit user for several years. It really has helped me to get in the the habit of walking more.

I haven't been very good about using it lately but I have the Walk At Home app. It's the old Leslie Sansone app but she has long since retired and it's younger people now. I still like her walking workouts and that's mostly what it is. They even have a lot of her old ones on there.
I also have the Walk The Distance app. I have walked the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail since I added it.

Speaking of Peleton App - I absolutely love doing their 10 min “arms and light weights” - sometimes I do just one or sometimes I stack them. I use these 3lb weights which I also love. My arms are looking much better and toned. Even my kid commented on it haha
