I searched and found a very old thread where a lot of peas were thinking of CoolSculpting. Curious if anyone has done it and were they happy with results?
I had a consult today for EMSculpt on my abdomen but I’m leaning more toward CoolSculpting or a combo of the two.

My sister had her neck done 4-5 years ago.
She was pleased, though I can't see a big difference.

Against my recommendation my DD had one session on her ‘double’ chin. She was pleased with the first session and could see some difference but has had to take a break while she’s pregnant.

My research went far enough to hear that it’s an extremely painful recovery, and then I noped out.

Sore but not extremely painful according to my DD. Like sunburn type pain but not too long lasting. I guess it varies though.
