I don't like any tattoos but it's not my body. I have none and will never get one. Have to agree with this - my only thought is that some of those getting all these tattoos seem to me to be so young. some I have seen have been real pieces of art but others have looked like a kinder kid did them.

I find face and neck tattoos have a stigma around them, and I'm not a fan.
As for everywhere else tattoos, it's not really my thing, but if they are well crafted and thought out, they look much better than if it looks like a compilation of several years in prison, your neighbor's cousin practicing on you but you get it done free, a list of girlfriends' names with each ex having a strikeout line through it and the newest name at the bottom of the list, several bad choices picked as a walk-in customer when your buddy was also getting a tat, etc.

I’m very contradictory about tattoos.
I have a very small one in red ink in a location you’ll never see unless we’re being intimate or you’re providing me very personal medical care. Lol. But in general, I’m not a fan of tattoos.
I’ll definitely admit I really don’t like the look of sleeves or all-over tattoos.

Not a fan. I don't think I'd date someone with tattoos up their neck like that. I don't mind a sleeve, though.
I know an art teacher that has been getting tattoos all over her body. She is getting them so fast that I kind of worry about her. Most of them are really pretty though and things I like. Just too many, too fast.
I'm not against tattoos. I got one on my back when I was 35. Twenty three years later, it really needs a touch up and some stuff added. It is just so expensive to get a good one, though, and the people I like have year or more long waiting lists. I don't think the really good artists would want to work on my little tattoo, either. They usually like to work on statement pieces.
But as for men with tattoos- yes to some, up to a sleeve. On their whole body, that would be a no.

Since you asked - I do not like tattoos. It’s an aesthetic that I don’t care for and I find them unappealing and unattractive. I’m strictly talking about the tattoo NOT the person! It’s a form of expression and beautification that doesn’t appeal to me, personally.
Tattoos, piercings, non traditional hair color or styles (clothes or jewelry) are all personal choices. Whether or not I find them appealing is of no consequence.
Tattoos are a form of expression and adornment that simply do not appeal to me. No hidden agenda or judgement. I just don’t like them. It really is that simple. As they say, you do you and I’ll do me.

I would say it's not my preference, but it wouldn't exclude someone from consideration if I was looking, lol. Face tattoos, too many piercings, or any kind of gauge are not appealing to me.

It’s like anything else, the style and quality and placement matter… Heavily inked guys with a similar vibe to that one? Hell, yes! Love that look.

I don't mind sleeves or legs but no face or "body suit" tattoos. I have sleeves and some random tattoos on my legs. Faces are definitely out. I would love to have my fingers done. Especially when they spell something out when you fold your hands but my DH says no. He tolerates the rest of them. I actually think he likes them but doesn't want to admit it.
As for eyeing someone while walking with your significant other, we both like to see good looking females and sometimes I will point them out. I end up being the recipient of the reaction he has so I really don't mind. He doesn't mind me pointing out good looking males so it's no problem.

I really like tattoos, although I don't have any myself. I'm not usually a fan of neck or face tattoos, but honestly, I quite like his neck tattoos. He's pretty hot.

I would not kick that man out of my bed. My husband has no tattoos. He's not a fan. To each their own. No face tats, ever! I have 8 tattoos, with 5 of them being pretty large pieces. I have never, ever regretted one of my tattoos and I will freely tell people I believe my tattoos are the prettiest I have ever seen. I love them all!

I don't have any tattoos but I don't mind them on other people. Not really a fan of neck or face tattoos ala Post Malone or Jelly Roll.

I find his beard more unattractive than his tattoos. But in general, I dont find neck/face tattoos to be attractive at all. A good sleeve or chest tattoo? Im good with.

I don't like face tattoos, but I love a well inked man 😁
My DH has a full back and sleeve, and various others.
I don't have any myself, but have been contemplating a botanical sleeve.

I checked on the original guy in my OP and he had disappeared. So I went looking for another example of what I think are too many tattoos and found this guy whose arms are completely covered in tattoos. Too much IMO. Meanwhile the original guy is back. Don’t know where he went but he’s back. I saw someone was not a fan of the original guys beard. I find these days I like beards and like the beards on this guy and on the original guy. As long as it’s dark hair. www.instagram.com/reel/C7NwrUqt9Bw/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

My ex was very repressed and had endless notions about what was proper and what was not. And for the record, he thought almost everything was improper. Ha. When I filed for separation, I shortly after got a belly button piercing. I was teaching mat-based Pilates at the time and had the stomach for it. Problem was it just was never comfortable. It stayed irritated and aggravated. So I let it go and let the hole grow back. But that took my symbolic “f you” away. So I opted for the tattoo to replace it. A very mature decision, right? Bwaahaahaa. Anyway, like Paul Harvey used to say, “And that’s the rest of the story.”

Not a fan of beards or tattoos at all but the guy in the second link might make me ignore all that. Nice! Of course at my age I think about how he might look in a few years without the tan and muscles so... maybe not.

I don't have any. I don't mind them. I don't really care for neck/face tattoos but a well done sleeve, chest, or back tattoo I like a lot.

I would not want a partner with tattoos on the neck or face (maybe an exception for a very small one.) I think tattoos are fine---I think I am more of a tattoo snob though...meaning unless you have a smallish one you got many years ago as a young and dumb person/has a story behind it--- if you are actively getting tattoos and they are cheap/crappy looking, I am going to judge your taste and common sense.

The question. Do you like to see men this covered in tattoos? No, it’s not attractive at all to me.

I'm in the dating pool right now and it's a darn good thing I don't mind a man with tattoo's because about 85% have a good bit of visible tattoos and 50% is heavily tattooed. No face as those I would pass on by and just a few with neck ones.

Currently I have over 50 tattoos... none of them are on my face or neck. There are a few that are behind the ear and run down the back of my neck, but always hidden with hair. as long as the tattoos are tasteful, I am ok with them. (I cannot currently see the insta post)
I see most of them as works of art. My artist, has created each of my pieces.... She has won many awards.
we went to a metal music festival last month and I spent a lot of time looking at others work.... some amazing, some not so much... Usually there is a story behind each tattoo, so I love to hear those.

I don't like that guys particular tattoos, especially up the neck. I have come a long ways regarding tattoos. I don't mind them and find some that are nice looking on certain men. Not so much a fan of the sleeve look. A little less than that.
Keith Urban is a good example.. although it is a touch to much... but he is about right at what I would consider, if considering.. haha

I think that men, like women, should be able to do what they choose with their bodies.
But I also think that when we choose to do certain things with our bodies, other people will have opinions or biases.
I really am not a fan of tattoos. I don't know why. I certainly don't care if other people have them, but they aren't for me and I wouldn't choose a guy covered in them.
One of my favorite singers is covered in facial tattoos. Actually there are several.
