It appears the feedback process has also changed. Anyone else unable to leave product reviews? TIA.

I think that actually changed first. Matt at ACOT addressed why and how it works now in another thread.

It appears the feedback process has also changed. Anyone else unable to leave product reviews? TIA. I have been having a difficult time with that for my last several orders. One day I took the time to leave all of these reviews, and they appeared to go through, but later, when I wanted to look back at that order, I saw that every item was still asking me to review it! Ugh! So one day when I had time, I tried putting them through again, and then they all went into pending limbo. So I don't know if they really went through the first time, and it just didn't show that way on the order screen, or if they did not go through either time. I looked at a few of the items I ordered to see if my reviews were there, and most were not. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to whether or not my cherry counts went up, so I don't have that as a way to tell either. And it doesn't seem to matter if I leave the review from the order screen or from the page of the actual item. ETA: Oops, I see there's another thread about this so I'll go check it out. Thanks, ladies!

Yeah, unfortunately, not sure it will be getting fixed anytime soon, here is a message I sent and response I received. Thank you for sharing, vexedangel . I wonder how long can go by before one loses the ability to leave reviews on purchases. As it is some of the things I purchased are now out of stock, so my reviews won't be of any use to anyone besides their cherry value to me.

Yeah, I’m not sure…Although it does take me a bit sometimes to use my purchases so I know how to review them…not that I shop too much 😅

Does anyone know how the cherries and holds work?
Can you apply up to 4,000 cherries in every order and still hold them? I have almost 40k cherries and want to grab some Thickers, but want to make the most of finally using them since they've been sitting there for like 6-7 years now.

I don't know, but since they are separate orders, I would imagine you can do that. Matt at ACOT, what do you say?

Please note: Their new hold system isn't perfect. Just because you have a "hold order", doesn't mean you'll get all the items in the order. Two of the items I ordered and paid for in August, were then out of stock when my order shipped in December (was pending >> waiting for pre-orders to arrive). They didn't inform me, that my order would be missing items (my card was refunded) until a week before my order shipped in December I am still disgruntled about not receiving the missing items, that were ordered and paid for in August (it was the first order out of five held orders). Hopefully they figure out a better way to fulfill the hold orders. I called and spoke to them, as soon as I got the email about the cancelled items....but I feel I got mothing but multiple excuses as to the reason....of how and why this happened.

I don't plan to hold it for long (basically just want to make a few small orders and combine shipping) and 2 of the 3 things are not on hand anyway. They order them to fill orders, I guess. Sucks you missed out on some things you paid for. 😕 That really blows.

Just remember 1000 cherries is $5 off and order of $10 or more. 2000 for $10 off an order of $20 or more.

Cherries & combine/hold are two independent choices in the check out process; redeeming rewards is a payment option & the combine/hold service a shipping option. There is no maximum on the number of cherries that you can redeem per order ( here). The only requirement is that "your order sub-total after discounts much [sic] be at least twice that of the redeemed points discount." Choosing to delay shipment on purchases until free (or 50% or 75% off, if you prefer; see description) is irrelevant to whether you applied (&/or how many) cherries/points toward the payment. HTH.

They used to have a limit of $20 off or 4k per order, didn't know it had changed. Thanks.

Two of the items I ordered and paid for in August, were then out of stock when my order shipped in December (was pending >> waiting for pre-orders to arrive). They didn't inform me, that my order would be missing items (my card was refunded) until a week before my order shipped in December Sorry, we're doing everything we can to keep this from happening but it's still an issue occasionally. Held orders are treated the exact same way as any other order that doesn't ship immediately - we reserve the items for you in our system and don't let anyone else buy them. When we aren't able to fulfill something it's usually because of an inventory error - either we counted wrong when the product arrived or something else happened in the meantime that caused product we thought was there to not actually be there when we needed it. We have a few different steps along the way that try to catch this ahead of time but there are still cases where we can't get any more of the product or we don't realize there isn't enough until we're physically pulling your order.
More excuses, I know, but hopefully a clearer explanation than before at least. Please feel free to PM me if you have questions about your specific order.
For the questions on points, PaperAngel is correct - there's no limit on how many points you can redeem in an order as long as your order subtotal after other discounts is at least double the value of the points you're redeeming.
