Did anyone purchase anything from the Heidi Swapp 50% off Stamp Sale? I picked up one set: 6x8 LabelI think this will be a versatile set that I can use on quite a few layouts!

I did! I grabbed the story stamp that I wanted before and the stop the blur stamp as well. I looked at that label stamp and I think I should have snagged it too!

Are all her stamps photopolymer or are some acrylic?

I picked up one of the birthday stamps since I make a lot of birthday cards. I also picked up the fitness stamp so I can motivate myself! caangel, I believe most of her shop stamps are photopolymer. Some of the kit stamps were acrylic, which is also what happened with Ali Edwards and Studio Calico. The stamps she used to sell through American Crafts were acrylic. I didn't care for those, but I've been very pleased with the stamps I've purchased the past couple of years.

It's my understanding that the stamps on her site are the good ones, the ones you could buy in store were the junky kind. Hopefully this can be confirmed. This tracks with my few purchases, however I don't know if her brand got hit with the "inked-let's skimp on quality to make more money" issue that hit the kit stamps at SC & AE.

From what I remember, Heidi's kit stamps were also hit with Inked's decision to use the cheaper stamps. I think Heidi did mention it in one of her lives, at a time when everyone else was denying that there was a change. I don't subscribe to any of her kits, but hopefully they've gone back to photopolymer since there were so many complaints. The shop stamps should all be photopolymer. Hopefully she'll have another sale! I regret not getting the book stamp.

She then made a photopolymer stamp an add-on option every month for $5.99, regularly $10.99 if not purchased as an add-on. I'm happy with this change, personally - so far the dies have been very versatile, and I'm happy to pay a few dollars for a photopolymer stamp instead of the old cheaper material.
