No, because my favorite spots are the ones next to the cart corral.

I don’t park in them. However I think it is ok to park if you’re picking up an order inside. Unless otherwise stated, ie : curbside pick up only.
If I order food at a very busy restaurant then the only place to park is in the pickup spot then I’ll use it. But that restaurant doesn’t have curbside delivery so that is what those spits are for.

Funny this popped up as I was just trying to convince myself To just park there. Our Kroger is still deep in COVID land and those spots are always empty. Annoys the hell out of me - I’m sure someone uses them but 99% of time the 10 spots are empty.

I definitely don't. I'm a huge rule follower.
I have a disabled mirror sign because my father doesn't drive and I'm his ride, so I use it when he is in the car. It pisses me off to no end when I see someone parked in a disabled spot that doesn't have a disable mirror tag or license plate. What kind of an awful person do you have to be to do that? I also get ticked off when I see someone parking over the van access (zebra striped) part of the disable spot. I see some really sloppy parking. There is a reason that space is there. One of the places I go to has a wide one between two disabled spots and I saw someone actually use that as a third, regular parking spot. That blew my mind.

One time in Vegas, we were walking back to our car, passing all the spaces for the disabled. There were a lot of spaces and they were all full. Well, there were also a lot of cars, with disabled placards/plates, parked in the blue striped area between the parking stalls. There was a cop, going down the lane giving them all tickets. It would have been interesting to see their reactions when they came back to their cars. They did have placards/plates, but they were technically parked illegally.

Unless they want a long walk to the entrance to get their steps in. At my targets they are right up front and there are easily 30 of them. That seems like overkill especially when they only have four disabled parking spots. I don't need a disabled parking spot but it always annoys me because I have family members who do and I know they complain about target's lack of disabled parking.

I never use those spots unless I am actually doing curbside pickup even if I'm just running into the store even for a pick up only order I don't use them. I do appreciate stores that have 15 minute only parking although I don't know that that helps because I'm sure people abuse that as well. My favorite trader Joe's which is next to a pet store I use has one of those spots I will use that when I'm running into pick up pet food even without a pre-order because I know I will be quick and back within the 15 minutes. If I'm running into trader Joe's I do not because there's no way for me to get in and out of the trader Jones in 15 minutes, Even if I know exactly what I'm getting
