I’m feeling quite nervous - and excited. Our house hits MLS tomorrow- I’ve gone from feeling confident of multiple offers - to all of a sudden a lot has come on market and is just sitting there - I’m not so confident any more - not at all. Appreciate any good thoughts or tips! These are not the professional photos - I don’t have them yet - just a couple I snapped with my iPhone…   |

Love the pictures. Relax ( I know it’s almost impossible ) and don’t let the process beat you up. Your house is going to go quick. So be prepared for that.

I look at the floors first in any home, and your floors get 2 thumbs up from me. I also love all of the windows & the the built-ins in the photos you posted. I wish you lots of luck, but from what you've posted, your house looks lovely, and for me, what's more important is that it doesn't look like all the recently flipped homes flooding our market right now.
It also looks like a house that someone has been enjoying, and that makes it look so much more enticing than the houses I see around here.

Ours is relisted too after falling out of escrow the first time. We were listed for 15 days then. It’s been 4 days now. I thought this past weekend would be slow with high school graduation here and Father’s Day, but we had 7 showings.

Update - it went on market and this afternoon 2 realtors showed it to clients and they liked it and want disclosure packets. Tomorrow is the brokers open house…
