If you use Bearly Arts glue, when do you refill your bottle? When it's completely empty? When it's half full? Randomly to always have a full bottle?
My bottle is about 3/4 empty but OCD is telling me not to mix old with new glue. Do you mix old with new?

I tend to not mix. No real reason why, though.

I refill when it gets to hard to squeeze my little bottle. I refill using the big bear bottle, so it's all the same vintage, (haha) so the old/new doesn't apply.
But, if I'm going to a friends house or a crop then I'll refill before I go.

When it gets down to the point where it's harder to squeeze I refill from the big bear. I don't think I could ever get the bottle I'm using empty and clean, too much trouble, and nothing bad has happened in the past few years of mixing old and new glue. I'm on my 2nd big bear bottle. I shake it around a bit to mix it up.

Huh, I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't want to mix old and new. Reading the replies, though - I think it's time to just go for it, my glue is getting harder to squeeze.

Late to the party but glad to see you refilled I'm with the other girls, when it gets difficult to squeeze out, I refill. It's less that 1/4 full when I refill.

I still have 3 small bottles of Nuvo so it wont be anytime soon Nuvo is a really nice glue. I would've stuck with it if I hadn't been given a full bundle of the Bearly Art by a friend. BA is quite thin so it's easy to use with the fine tip nozzle on the back of tiny die cuts, and I think it works out a lot cheaper if you buy the big bear bottle. But you should probably try it out in your climate and with how you craft before committing to a change. There's not really any right or wrong answer, just personal preference.

I still have 3 small bottles of Nuvo so it wont be anytime soon I used the nuvo glue for a long time. I originally bought the Bearly glue because I wanted to try the fine tip it comes with. I love the fine tip that comes with the Bear glue. I just put the pin in it when I'm done. I don't ever clean it or change the top. I had a problem with it getting drippy thin so I emailed the company. They said to give it a few shakes to mix it back up before using. It worked. It's second habit now to shake the bottle before using. I also refilled an old LF glue tube with the Bearly glue because I don't always want a fine point.
