Interesting? ha. Watching the new Hulu documentary about her and they show some of her scrapbook pages.

Is she the one from northern Ca that faked her injuries and kidnap story? Yes. I am on the 3rd part of it, she is such a liar.

Does any company make a line themed to faking your own kidnapping? If it had Keith Morrison on it, I’d snap it up! lol

They did show Chris Hansen (To Catch A Predator) knocking at their door trying to get an interview.

I was about 35-40 minutes into the first episode and decided it was too slow for me and boring and I changed the channel.

Eminem recently released a new song, Houdini (sampling Steve Miller-Abracadabra) and mentions her. Made me think I should see what's up with her.

There's a YT video with a team of four behavior specialists (with very solid credentials) that go through some of her police interviews and give their analysis.

I love The Behavior Panel, they're great. They did an episode about Shanna Gardner (Stampin' Up! - youngest daughter charged with murder) youtu.be/8RzqVAsaq6c?si=CGfm5WOi8y2T2aKRI haven't seen this episode, though, so I'll definitely watch tonight, tfs! What's the name of the Hulu doc? I'm going to have to watch that, too!

marg - The Hulu documentary is "Perfect Wife: The Mysterious Disappearance of Sherri Papini" I'll have to watch the video that you linked. I've been following the Shanna Gardner story for a while.

I got a kick out of seeing her pages and hearing her husband talk about her craft room for scrapbooking and card making. Such a crazy story.

So did she use her real life to scrapbook or do we think she falsified those memories too?

So did you all watch American Nightmare on Netflix a while back about another young woman that was kidnapped from northern Calif and coincidentally taken to the same general vicinity as Sheri? Huntington Beach is not far from Costa Mesa. I won't spoil with too many details, but Sheri's fake kidnapping was part of the problem.
ETA: or maybe it was not Sheri, but they did mention someone faking their own kidnapping.

I thought it was going to be the Sheri story or the Gone Girl story, so it was a pleasant surprise when it wasn't either.

That story is semi-local to me (I'm in the SF Bay Area) and remember when it all happened. People were 50/50 that the woman was making it up or that the boyfriend did something to her. I'm glad the person that abducted her was caught and I'm glad she's been able to move on with her life. As for Sheri P, what a cuckoo for cocopuffs story! I finished watching it and still can't believe she did it all to herself. And I'd give big bucks to look through her scrapbooks.
