It seems to focus on eating whole foods, intermittent fasting and a 30 minute daily workout, nothing too extreme. Comes with an app, nutrition plan and workout videos. I just did their $20 5 day challenge and liked it. I'm thinking about signing up for the 6 week program. It's $229 so a bigger commitment. Have you ever done it? What did you think? TIA!

I haven't but my thought process on weight loss/fitness plans is - IF spending the money helps you commit to actually following the program, then it can be money well spent (provided of course that the program is nutriionally sound and the fitness part is okayed by your PCP if needed)
But if spending the money just leads to feeling more guilty about wasting money on top of guilt about being overweight or out of shape...then it's not a good idea. Only you know whether or not you are likely to follow through.
Personally, for me, I do better incorporating healthier (for me) food choices into my regular menu than following a program that requires specific foods and/or denies specific foods. But we are all different.
I hope if you decide to go with it, that it's helpful for you

I haven’t yet, but I’m thinking about it. I was supposed to start last week, but with my back issues, and my pup having surgery and his recovery, I don’t have the time/right mindset to dedicate to it, especially since the workouts are paired with the meals, cooking everything, etc.
I’m still thinking about it, though. My friend is on her second 6 weeks (this time around), and she’s done it before and loves it.
