If you accessed a website and/or received an email which contained a link to a weekly newsletter, would you expect to be able to view it direct from that source, or to have to download it to your device Every Time?
My church recently changed their distribution system, and it's driving me potty. It's not too bad if I'm on my laptop at home with wifi, but when I need it in church from my mobile, and it will only let me download it (taking forever because the network is spotty there) I get ridiculously frustrated.
I think I'm crosser because it used to be like any other website and allow a view-only option, and now it doesn't, and I see no point in the change. I don't want a gazillion copies saved in random places on my phone which I then have to find and delete, and ditto on my Macbook.
Why would they do that?
