I’m watching. Biden looks so old….and sounds old. Trump looks and sounds (physically) better. I gasped when he walked out. He did not look good 😢 and they must have drugged trump bc he’s not interrupting or crazy animated 😶 I didn’t watch the whole thing because of dinner but I agree Biden looked so old and frail and Trump sounded good - of course it’s just his usual lies but his fans if they watch are gojng to eat it up. I could totally see someone that doesn’t know what he is really up to falling for this crap. This was not good for Biden at all. Trump seemed so calm and was saying exactly what he knew his base wanted to hear. He didn’t stay in topic but he didn’t seem like his deranged self. |

We couldn't stand watching the debate any longer so we went back to HBO Max to finish the last 13 minutes of the 1st season of the White Lotus and it has crashed! Ugh! I'm not going back to the debate. I'm afraid it will give me nightmares.

i had thought or hoped that the moderators were going to keep the candidates on task. Have them actually answer the questions. I knew this debate was going to be bad for Biden. He just isn't a good public speaker, definitely not a good debator. Unfortunately his stutter really does make him have to speak slower and often pause to collect himself for his stutter. Which cause him to look not so good

I did wonder. I had to stop watching as I was getting such bad anxiety seeing how poorly and frail Biden sounded. From what I saw Trump seemed unbelievably controlled compared to what I've witnessed in his rallies. How does Biden rescue this? |

I usually never watch the debates because they are on after I go to bed, and during the week. I have to get up so early, so I always miss them. The one between Hillary and trump I watched the next day. I was going to watch it today, but after reading many comments about it, I won't bother. President Biden has a wonderful staff behind him. His VP is very capable should anything happen to make him unable to continue being our President. I will vote BLUE down the line to attempt to oust the dumpster fire that is the republican party. I wish President Biden had a better showing than he did, but it was stated that he was suffering from a cold that has lasted a week so far. The fact that he was feeling poorly, yet still insisted on doing the debate, speaks volumes about his leadership. He will not let our country down. Trump on the other hand...intends to lead this country back to the 1950's. Easy choice at the polls.
