I just marinated 4 flank steaks and put them in the freezer. A labor of love, I'm telling you! I was pounding the heck out of them. This morning DH was on his way to the gym and the light turned green for him, he waited a few seconds and right as he started entering the intersection, a guy blew through going about 60 in a 45mph zone. If DH hadn't hesitated, he would have been t-boned and likely killed. So glad your DH hesitated and is safe! |

Happy anniversary Mr & Mrs hutchfan ! littlemama ugh, that sounds awful! I hope they are able to get in next time. Judy26 I am so sorry about Bella. It's such an awful decision to have to make, but it's always the right one. I am sure that sweet Bella will enjoy a weekend full of pampering and loving from you all. Well it's after 12:30pm Saturday here, and I am STILL IN BED! The weather is awful. I can hear DSO out in the lounge room saying "What a shit day, this weather is shitty!" He's already been out to watch DD play football this morning. I stayed in bed.  The highlight of my day so far is getting my Amazon delivery. I will be heading off to Harris Scarfe shortly (if I can be bothered getting out of bed!) to buy another set of double-walled glass coffee cups. My last remaining one broke the other day. I don't know why, but my cappuccino always tastes better in a glass cup. And I suggested to DSO that we go to Aumanns, a wonderful big deli, to spend my Christmas voucher from BIL.
