I think Marge made a similar comment about solar maybe 6 months ago. So he isn’t the only one that’s pretty clueless. Yes solar is different than electric but still. She didn’t seem to know you have batteries to keep the lights on at night.

More prayers from this Canadian, as you are literally my next door neighbour. BTW: The speed limits in Canada are KMP and not MPH. A guy found this out when he was going 100 mph on the 401 instead of 100 kms. Stunt driving fines (up to $10,000., 30 day licence suspension and stunt driving charges). Plus he had outstanding warrants in New York State so he isn't going to go anywhere. Also reciprocal agreements with New York State means that he won't be driving for a very long time. |

I can almost see Canada from my house…just kidding…I just thought of how stupid we thought Sarah Palin was. I live near Buffalo and when driving along the Niagara River on the US side I occasionally get a welcome to Canada message on my phone. I have an escape plan in the works.

Didn't realise that you are so close to the Canadian border. I strongly dislike the "You are in the United States and your roaming fees have started", while I am still in Canada. I'm going over tomorrow. It will be Canada Day and Canada is CLOSED on statutory holidays, except in some Desgignated Tourist Destinations. Perhaps we could meet for coffee at some time. I have NEXUS so I usually use the Whirlpool Bridge.  |
