I actually kinda love it, especially all the windows. Not the carpet or the spiral staircase, but I can see lots of potential and the price is good. It looks cool and shady and has lots of nice outside space.

Well I showed my husband and like I KNEW he would.. he would move there in a heartbeat.. I'm like NOPE... while I liked the windows and some of the uniqueness of it, there was more to fixing up than what I would want to do.

It’s a nope for me. Such an odd layout and so much wasted space — those long hallways with a door all the way at the end. And the finishes are really weird too.

Hard pass from me. Needs way too much updating. I love, love, love wood, but it doesn't fit in this house. The house is too small for all that big wood. I can't live with that kitchen.

I would love to get my hands on that, but it wouldn’t be a “live in it as-is” type of thing.
So much potential!

There are a lot of things I liked. I could move into it and make changes along the way. I don’t like the flooring. I could live with the turquoise bathroom fixtures. I think it needs some better stuff inside of it.
