I haven’t been to a TJs in years. It is a minimum of 2 hours away for me. We are heading by one tomorrow so we plan to stop. I have been eating strictly low carb and need some suggestions of what to look for!

that's a long way from home.. but I like the sockeye frozen salmon (I bake it in the oven.. throw it in frozen wrapped in foil).
nuts.. non salted macadamia nuts or peanuts. great salads. the regular hummus is good.

Prosciutto Wrapped Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
These are my absolute favorite. I love them with a bit of hummus or alone. We always grab 3 or 4 packs when we go.
I also love their Guacasalsa. Great on tacos or eggs or toast. Again we grab several tubs.
And flowers. They have great flowers and plants!

I buy
Organic Ground Flaxseed Meal. I add it to my morning Greek yogurt (which you can get that at TJ's too). Their Simply Nutty Bars. Yes it has 14g of carbs, but 7 of those are from protein. It's a good snack if I'm hiking or need a take me with snack if I know I'm going to miss a meal. I do not eat these daily. Nuts, nuts and more nuts. I usually get macs, cashews, almonds. Eggs They have a good selection of jarred olives. The 72% Cacao dark chocolate bars, located at the checkout lanes. A little square is enough to sate me after lunch.
Also, grated parmesan-reggiano, the frozen garlic and onions from Dorot (brand name), uncut salami, and cheese.

The 72% Cacao dark chocolate bars, located at the checkout lanes. A little square is enough to sate me after lunch. They come in an orange-red package, 3 bars to a package. I eat 1/4 of a bar mid morning and one after dinner. It totally stops cravings for anything sweet. Like others have mentioned, their selection of nuts is awesome. If you like to buy cheap red wine, Rain Cloud is good. GRAPES: 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Petite Syrah is a buy at about $6-$7 a bottle. It probably isn't carb friendly but I don't drink it. They often run out because it is so popular.

Their frozen turkey meatballs. Great with marinara sauce. I’m going to have a couple this morning with eggs and greens.
