I just saw a phrase I would love to use for my nephew's birthday card: "Happy Flippin' Birthday!"
Do any of you talented card makers know how to make a diecut actually FLIP when you open the card? I am thinking a gnome? Maybe a cow? (He's a farmer)
If all else fails, I guess I can use 3 or 4 identical images, and glue them on so they look like they are doing summersaults, but was wondering if I could actually make one image do all the work?

I’m no help. Best dies I have found for this are the ones from Karen burniston.

I get the sense that the crazy lady I saw at C&CD did a lot of these sorts of things...let's see if I can access her name/company from the recesses of my brain.... Stamps of Life...Stephanie something? EtA: thestampsoflife.com/dies/flip-its.html Don't know that this is exactly what you're looking for, but when I hear something about flipping an image when you open a card, her stuff is what comes to my mind.

There are those cards spinning elements hanging on a thin string in a cut out window - you wind it up so when the card opens it spins around… so if the string ran horizontally the gnome could flip over and over in a little window. Does that make any sense??
