Have you found a use recently for some scrappy supply you have had on hand for ages?
I have purchased several camping lines over the years, and since very few in our family actually go fishing, those papers and diecuts kinda languish in their bags. But Sunday, my son -in-law sent me a pic of my dgs.
And FINALLY some of those supplies will find a home on a page...
What about you? What older supply have you used lately? Or plan to use soon?

A lot of my things are packed away right now, so I don't have any "Finally" things being used, but something else is happening instead, and that's that when I buy something new, instead of setting it aside afraid to start using it lest some more "perfect" use come along, I've been cracking open paper packs right away--even the same day they arrive in some cases! So for me it's more like I am "finally getting to use" NEW stuff for a change!

what a fabulous photo! I too never have a use for fishing papers or embellishments. The closest my family gets to fishing is the seafood counter at Publix (grocery).
I finally dug into the Pinkfresh Christmas papers from my box earlier this year. I need to dig deeper into them during Christmas in July.

My grand baby is a little girl. I don't have a lot of baby or feminine paper, but some of it will come out!

Great photo grammadee! I used camping GNOMES on the divided page I'm finishing, and was so happy to actually use a gnome - I think they're adorable but when push comes to shove they don't make it onto my pages. I thought of you when I used them

I finally got to use some of my Project Life cards on a pocket layout. Now I have only about a thousand more to use up, LOL!

I held on to some embellishments and paper from Shimelle's field trip line from 2019 (??) and finally used the dinosaurs and rockets and papers for the various museum outings dd and I took.

I have exactly one fishing photo. I scrapped it several years ago. For some reason I had some fishing paper (I have no idea why I buy what I do) and I was so excited to use it. It was from BoBunny, back in the day that I liked their lines.
The photo of your grandson is awesome.

grammadee, what a great photo. Glad you can use that fishing embellishment! I can't think of any embellishment I have finally used, but I have a bunch I should use!

I use divided sheet protectors for my family album. Sometimes I'll put an embellished journal card in there. I find a quote that goes with a hard to use or overbought items. I've used an "oh deer" sticker, sea creatures, a unicorn, circus, and planet stickers.

Here is my fishing page. And although I did use lots of layers of fishing pp, most are hidden behind the photo LOL. Catching SUMMER by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

I love it! Such nice layering and use of embellishments. I really like that lure paper and the fish paper. I haven't seen those before. I also love the photorealistic lake water paper. I think I have that one. I know a lot of people don't like working with photorealistic paper, but when done well, as yours definitely is, it looks awesome.
Really, that layout is fantastic.
