Yes I am up to date on everything. I'm pretty good about keeping those checkups on schedule. Everyone please prioritize these! You will be so glad when you check those off your lists.

I’m so happy to say yes! This summer I’ve had a mammogram, physical, colonoscopy, and my Pap smear is scheduled for later in August. I’m also caught up on my dentist visits which is saying something because I used to avoid the dentist like the plague! Last year after my first colonoscopy, I posted about it here because they found a very large polyp that my doctor said would have been cancerous within a year or two. It was scary because I was 46 and the age used to be 50 not too long ago. Anyway I had to have another colonoscopy this year and they found another polyp, but it was small so now I don’t have to have another for 3 years. Please get those checks ladies! Early detection is everything. I had my first colonoscopy this Feb at 45 and they found a cancerous tumor. Thankfully they just had to cut it out and I was "cured". Just made my appointment for next year and got my DH in for his first (he'll be 47). Get your colonoscopy peas!

Yes. I schedule them my birthday month so I don't forget.
I hate that that make you go a year and a day for insurance as it pushes it out each year. Dumbest thing.

No. I'm several years over due for a pap and a mammogram. Our insurance kept changing. Then we lost it about 2 years ago. We finally got real insurance again as of 7/1. Will be scheduling those, as well as a colonoscopy for both dh (and myself most likely).

I am - annual female exam - done, annual physical and bloodwork - done, mammogram scheduled in August, skin check in August, 6 month dental appt in August, and will have my third colonoscopy next year.
My younger sister on the other hand just went to the dentist for the first time in three years, hadn't had blood work in two years and has never had a colonoscopy (my mom had stage 4 colon cancer). I get on her about the colonoscopy each year when I see her. She has no excuse other than it is not a priority. Her insurance is through Google, so I assume it is decent.
ETA: I do need to get my shingles vaccine.

Yes - have annual Wellness checkup w/extensive labwork (in Nov.) and have dental checks 2x a year, annual mammogram, pap every other year and annual eye check up. Due for a colonoscopy in 2027 as my last one in 2017 was fine, so they said come back in 10 years. Will do bone density scan along w/the wellness check.
I’m current on all my recommended vaccines, including COVID, Pneumonia and Shingles, and get an annual Flu vax.

I am mostly caught up.
Mammo/pap was Nov. 2023- I'm on the 3 year (?) plan I think Poop smear is coming in the mail Shingles #2 is 7/19 I need to ask about my pneumonia vaccine because I have Prevnar 13 and I think its a once and done but they keep asking about getting the pneumonia vaccine so I might need the newest.
I don't go to the doctor yearly- only when stuff bothers me.
I just had my asthma meds changed because I was having trouble breathing. It was all done over email! I went back on a med I was on about 20 years ago and a new rescue inhaler. It seems to be working well.
eta: dermatology- was told I need to see my GP for triage and they'll take pics and send to dermatology if need be. Um, no thank you- I want to see my dermatologist who is versed in skin cancers/melanoma because I'm covered in moles and have had a few basal and squamous removed. dentist- every 6 months- going 7/11 for my cleaning. Got my braces off 5/6.

My benefits include an annual concierge service for a complete physical which includes bloodwork, hearing check, ekg, stress test, and any other age and gender appropriate testing. So yes, I am up to date bc they make it very easy by handling everything in one appointment

I always do all of my preventative care, that is until I was diagnosed with AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, in December. I know I got a Mammogram letter sometime since then but I don’t really care. I’ve was hospitalized three times between December and March, last time was for a month, I had surgery for diverticulitis and got an Ostomy bag and had a heart attack four days after that. I’m finally in remission but have to do Chemo for the rest of my life. My life is cancer care and appointments. Maybe I’ll get a mammogram at some point.
