I highly doubt the IRS is going to even care. I say this because a church in my city went against rules and regulations and nothing happened. And it was as plain as day to everyone. And the IRS and other agencies didnt investigate or fine the church.

With the size of P25, and a national impact, I felt it was worth a shot. of course churches should get the same scrutinay, and won't, but maybe this will....

I read through the comments on Twitter, and someone posted that the Heritage Foundation had actually set up a separate group for Project 2025, and are not claiming to be non-profit on that. Not sure if that's accurate or not, but thought it was worth mentioning. (I found that when I was reading through trying to work out whether I could fill in the form and send it to the IRS from Australia!)
