Hi all, I have a trip to Honolulu to scrap where we stayed in an older hotel that played up the 60s/70s tiki aesthetic and need help finding product that fits. I love retro imagery (when it fits) and my general style is very reminiscent of that era so I have some great photos to scrap that deserve all the tacky tiki stuff! I have papers from the Simple Stories Disney collection that has a few nods to the tiki room, the SS Retro summer collection (that has a few things I could make work), and a few other random bits that don’t really go together. The one collection I know that is perfect is the Layered Life Royal Hawaiian ephemera, but of course I have used most of it already and that business came and went. Does anyone know of anything that would fit the bill? I would be ok with digital items that I could print myself. Thank you in advance!

I sadly don't have anything to add, as the Layered Life kit was what I had thought of first as well, as well as the Simple Stories, but wanted to say that it sounds like you will have so much fun scrapping these. Enjoy!

Have 3 sheets of stickers called “vintage Hawaii” by an artist Kerne Erickson. If you go to island art store you can see an example of the style. If you are interested I’ll share a sheet with you.

I thought of the 49 & Market collection called Sunburst. It's not necessarily tiki vibes, but it's tropical and may be a nice fill in if you can't find anything else. 49 and Market

This stamp set came to mind when you said tiki = P&M Tiki Back in the olden days (ya know before dies and electronic cutters), I had a Hawiian Alpha set for my Coluzzle. I looked but sadly I don't have it anymore. But a quick search for "Tiki" or "Hawaiian" or "Tropical" font brought up a lot of results. Just look for a free one.

You might try reaching out to Layered Life owner, Christine Middleton, on Instagram and see if she has any extra stashed back that you could purchase.

Authentique has an older collection Utopia that has an awesome retro Hawaii vibe. It’s hard to find, but you may be able to find more items online. Utopia

Bo Bunny Boardwalk was what came to mind for me.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I will check them all out and might even make the drive to my LSS to see them in person. They carry a lot of SS and 49&M. I’ve also reached out to Christine to ask about any extras or digitals of the Royal Hawaiian collection.

I googled "Vintage Hawaii" and got hits for digital paper collections at Etsy. You would just need to print. Some of those have large scale flowers/icons that can be printed and fussy cut for embellishments.

I was looking for some tiki stuff for a layout but it was just a page or two and didn't need a whole collection. Ended up finding enough with digital products. Can't recall but Sweet Shop, OScraps, Studio Calico, and then I have a subscription to Cava and found a bunch of graphics on there.
Kitchen Sink Stamps makes a cute layers tiki mug/drink stamp. Pink and Main had one too, and I think Taylored Expressions had a stamp and die. I had luck searching 'tropical', 'Polynesian', 'tropics', 'aloha', 'hawaii', 'beach' and then seeing if anything came up - searching just tiki didn't get me as much as I wanted.
