So Jeremy is running super late. I decided I was going to go to our big grocery superstore and pick up some new beach towels. I was with him there last week so I knew exactly what I wanted. I thought it would be in and out. In front of the door entrances there are stop signs so people can cross to get in. As I was going to cross, someone blew the stop sign. I jumped back. It was my mother. 🙄 Your mom is trying to take you out before your birthday! lol |

I know right? I guess the other day someone called the police to do a welfare check on Chloe because of her mental health. She accused me of doing it. I didn't do it and I told her that. And then I asked her if Chloe was ok because if someone thought she needed checking up on that makes me nervous. My mom did not answer me. My mom hasn't spoken to me in a month now and neither has Chloe. Finally the next day in the afternoon my sister reached out to me to tell me Chloe was alright. I worried about her all night and all morning because my mom didn't answer me. After she accused me. Nice, huh? So now I guess she's trying to run me over. 😂 I'm just kidding. I'm sure she had no clue it was me before she blew the sign. Afterward I looked her in the face so she would know it was me. Like I said, it wasn't purposeful. But the irony of my mom almost hitting me given her recent treatment of me is quite humorous. I am like 99.694% sure she won't reach out with an apology. Anyone care to take that bet? |

jeremysgirl , I wouldn't take that bet, because you are probably right. Did you at least get the beach towels? Priorities! quiltz, that's just wrong that you have to wait over a year just for an MRI. That's ridiculous. I hope that something comes up much sooner.

But I didn't dare go over to the food section because that's where she was headed. I was going in the home section door. I made a beeline to the towels and then was in the check out and found some plain potato chips at the register. I got the hell out of there as fast as I could. I did not want to meet up with her face to face. |

I just realized that today would have been the anniversary of my first marriage, my DS's dad, and it would have been 38 years. Crazy.
He's probably been married that long to multiple people. He's a serial 'marrier'

sueg, Im so sorry to hear about your DDIL's mom. A plant for Sophia would be perfect! jeremysgirl, I am so glad you are getting away for a few days. I hope you have a wonderful time and a fantastic birthday. ❤ DS closed on his house today and should have they keys in about 3-1/2 weeks. Im so happy for him. He has saved every penny since he started working in his career field 2 years ago and was able to put over 20% down to get the mortgage and the payment down to where he was comfortable
