Hi- hoping someone here can help me- I have googled and messaged Sissix with no luck. My wonderful machine has suddenly stopped feeding properly- the rollers are not triggering the motor or vice versa. Sometimes it will feed through after juggling, sometimes it works fine other times it just jams. Can anyone suggest anything? I have changed my magnetic base plate, ,my cutting plates, everything….. Bought here in NZ and the store won’t help- they tell me to contact Sissix. Thanks!

Mine did that last summer, I was able to contact Sizzix and they replaced it. I did have to send them video of what it was doing. I am in the US though, not sure if that makes a difference.
Actually mine wouldn't take any sandwich at all, and it was turned on.

Hey, thank you both. I had no joy whatsoever from Sissix- UK told me to contact US and vice versa. I tried returning to the store again but they couldn’t care less. In the end I took it apart (could not help myself LOL) and could see that the top plastic feed rollers had cracked and were not triggering the bottom rollers. So it was a dead duck. I am a but lost without it and have no idea what to replace it with. Limited options here in NZ.

If Sizzix UK and US are both trying to pass you off, I would reach out to them on social media. I wouldn't be an asshole about it, but I would definitely call them out by presenting the facts. They need to make this right. Sorry you're even having to deal with this.
