Came back from my cruise with COVID. My husband too. This is the worse that we have ever had it. (as far as feeling bad). Everytime I sneeze (which is often and like an explosion), my bladder is like a stream. I need 3X plus size. Do you have any recommendations? Want to do overnight Amazon if I can. Thanis.

I am so sorry, Amazon has LivDry Adult Incontinence Underwear, Extra Absorbency Adult Diapers, Leak Protection (XXX-Large (44 Count)) = they are available in various quatities. Hope you recover quickly.

If you can't get what you need, would a super absorbing sanitary napkin help?

Rather than sanitary pads or adult diapers, look for incontinence pads - brands like Tena or Depends. They are designed for urine leakage, which is different from menstrual flow, and come in different absorbencies, but unlike the diapers, you don't need them to fit to a size.

My mom was a nurse in a nursing home and said that they’d sometimes just use a baby’s diaper for their residents. It would be like a pad placed in their underwear. Something like that could work for you.
I hope you’ll feel better soon.
