I have two containers of Nuvo Crackle Mousse that I used about half of (each) and now the remaining mousse is dried out and unusable. Is there a way to bring these back or should I throw them away? I only used each color once and I’m disappointed they dried out already!

You could try to put some water in, cover with plastic, and hope for the best.
I always put some plastic wrap directly over the product (like squish it down so the plastic leaves no air), then put the lid on.
Still sometimes they dry up.

@blemom thanks for the tip! I’ll try a bit of water.

If you can scoop any out, mix it with some water on a craft mat. You’ll need to work the water into it like a dough but you can get it back to spreadable. It might take some work but it’s doable. If it’s rock hard, it’s beyond saving unfortunately.

It looks like these products are a "one and done" type product.
