A little Friday Fluff. The last thing I did was decide picture and patterned paper placement and I got started on one embellishment cluster. Next I will cut a title on my Cameo. Hopefully later today.

I’m getting ready for a scrappy garage sale in September. Yes, I am starting now!
just finished a layout of an orchid I got for Mother’s Day! Next will be a page for my granddaughter, 10 months old. I am really enjoying working on baby pages! Also have a 14 month grandson, so I switch back and forth working on their pages☺️

Last thing was make a 2025 calendar for my DH as a Christmas gift. (No, I'm not crazy - I'm having surgery in October with a 4 - 6 month recovery. Need to get Christmas done now!)
Next thing - layout for my SCT sketch class

I'm in the middle of a christmas themed 6x6 mini album. The base pages are mostly done. I'm working on decorating the inside/out of the covers and then will need to decorate the pages.
I signed up to host a Sketchy Saturday, so next I need to find a sketch and create a sample. I have a week to figure it out.

I looked at my recent scrapbook pages while I was making coffee and then I came to this message board while I drink my coffee.
My next scrappy thing is to try and find a lightbulb for my basement scrapping space- one has burned out and it is dark in there. I'm hoping to scrap tomorrow. I have about 400 new photos from my beach trip this summer.

I’m in the middle of creating a girl’s trip mini album. Currently placing photos, then I’ll need to figure out binding and finally get to do the fun part of decorating. It’s an annual trip and the next one is coming soon so I need to finish this up.

I labelled my most recent photo order (nearly 900 photos) and sorted them into page protectors by layout (I have one month left to sort - I ran out of page protectors). I also placed an order for 5 photos that were missed from that order.
Next? Buying page protectors and picking up that tiny photo order this afternoon and then hopefully scrapping this evening.

The last thing I did was print trip pictures. The next thing I'll do is . . . print more pictures! But, hopefully, my new Kallax will be delivered tomorrow, so I will also be working on crafty organization.

Last thing: Refilled my Copics • Updated the marker spreadsheet and checked prices. There's a few refills I still need to pick up. Next thing: finish the bleepin' hummingbirds! • They have been sitting in pieces on my crafting mat for the better part of the month. Just colour them! You already finished 1/3!

I purchased three different sets of the Paper Rose cut aparts. Each set has 18 sheets in it, with 10-15+ printed embellishments on a sheet. That 54 sheets that have to be fussy cut.
I started with doing a rough cut, to sort them into themes and categories. They are themed sets, but some of the cutouts can be used for multiple themes or layouts.
It's going to be an ongoing "work in progress", because fussy cutting is tedious and boring.....and too much fussy cutting, causes hand and finger ache and cramping.
On the "to do" list: Upload photos to Walgreens, into albums. Then edit the photos with Walgreens built in photo editor. Then the photos will sit in the albums, waiting for a good deal (hopefully print 100+ for .10 cents or .12 cents each).

Last thing: sported through my new AE Aug SBTM that came in the mail yesterday and decided which pieces would be for which weeks in my project life and combined pieces of the stash to mix and match. Next thing: print some pictures for my WITL album and keep chugging along with that.

Last thing I did was clean my desk. I was getting an overflowing pile of stuff next to me and found some things in there I'd forgotten I'd had out.
The next thing I'm going to do is finish up the pocket page I have partially done.

Last thing: ordered a stamp and some ink in the AE sale this past week Next thing: remember to take some pics of my post-op dog, the all day event I'm volunteering at.
I'm 2 weeks behind in my "stop the blur" type memory keeper, so maybe tomorrow I can drag some scrappy stuff in the living room when I baby sit post op dog. (He's fine, he was neutered, but has to monitored for a few days.)

The last thing I did was create a page in my daily book. I'm doing sort of a junk journal, but about daily life. I am using an old book. I planned to only do one page per day, but sometimes I do more. No rules for my fun!
I was worried about using gesso on a page, but applied a thin layer with a foam brush and it didn't wrinkle. This is a good place for me to try more mixed media.

I finished the page I’d started about the cicada event this year. I’d printed my pictures and selected the papers, I just hadn’t stuck it all together. It seemed like a scrapbook-worthy memory.
