News sources like the Instagram reel have been reporting President Biden was going to drop out of the race. That he was not going to support Harris but an open convention where 3 or 4 folks would battle it out for the nomination. The guy in the tweet was supposedly helping Biden write his speech. So it appears at this point the news agencies reporting the President is not running for re-election are wrong. I've decided to try to take a break from all the will-he or won't-he news stories. It will be difficult to do, but I am going to try to avoid any Biden news until I wake up on Monday morning and the news has broken on the east coast.  I feel for the man. He truly believes in his job. |

Poll after poll (paid for by TFG and his billionaire handlers) show they're neck in neck or Biden is "too old". The media has latched onto every little thing about Biden, even going so far as to making up stories or cutting and pasting comments together to fulfill their narrative. At this point, they're not even trying to act like they're fact checking. It's all about clicks. This is on top of the bots that are in play to help stir up everything. I don't think it even made a blip on the radar that there have been found to be tons of blue check bots on Twitter. Dems need to get their crap straight in house and come out swinging as a united front this week. The voters need to do what they can to help spread the word about Project 2025 and get people to get out and vote. There's a reason there are so many voter suppression bills tied up in court. There's also a reason they keep losing, but much like what we've been seeing the last few years, they just keep tossing ketchup into the fan and seeing what sticks. |

Are the CEOs that crazy or is it they like having easy headlines? I’m afraid it’s a little of both. I’m sick to the teeth of Republicans and their hypocrisy. On the funny side - I saw a meme that said Kid Rock writes songs for dads who can only see their kids on weekends but don’t. |

Are the CEOs that crazy or is it they like having easy headlines? They're selling more papers / clicks and are TFG supporters because they're rich. Not to mention, even if they weren't trillionaires, they can still afford to do whatever they want while the rest of us are cannon fodder. |

Fox is the only channel that I have seen that supports Donald Trump every other station I have watched supports Biden. My husband drives me nuts every single day flipping between all of them trying to decipher the news.
On Instagram and Facebook all I see is posts people are sharing over the news media showing talk show hosts, and all the news channels ABC, CBS, CNN. MSNBC etc. and every single one of them are against Trump.
They might be pushing to get Biden out but they are definitely not for Trump.

I want Biden to run, and win. I am not keen on either but I know if I vote for Kennedy I’m just giving my vote away. If something were to happen to either Trump or Biden while in office I am voting which VP want to become president. We were talking at dinner and based on media coverage such as Biden is ill or democrats are bailing on Biden that it sounds like Trump has it in the bag. I have never been so stressed over an election.

Let me preface this by saying I’m dismayed that these two are our choices.
However, I am appalled that president Biden is being treated with such disrespect. I am feeling really bad for him. He has served our country with dignity. Now the powers that be are pushing him to quit. They are treating him like an imbecile. Like he is a simpleton. What are foreign powers taking from this?
Dems are like win at all costs even if it means publicly demeaning him. What about all of the voters that choose him? Do they matter? There is something inherently wrong when a handful of people can disregard the will of the people.
You can’t convince me that “they” weren’t aware of his decline till now. The time to influence him was months ago perhaps year ago. Not now.
I kinda hope he stays in as a giant FU. Like him dont like him I don’t care. What I do care about is the whole bashing of a president. Hell where is the respect? He deserves respect. For that matter President Trump doesn’t deserve to have so much vile thrown at him either.
Why can’t we as Americans just be kind. Stop trying to influence by fear! Turn the hate off. I’m sick and tired of all the disrespect. Like Biden,good .Like Trump good. Lets respect the office! These people are human beings.

Seems that many of the networks are working hard to normalize Trump and his supporters’ behavior. Trump is now is peaceful and wants to unify the country (to support him, of course). Jd Vance is an American dream story and forget about his ideas about women, immigrants, taxes, etc. Stories about the “fashion” at the RNC and a hard hitting article about Vance being the first candidate with facial hair in x amount of years. And then every article is about how Biden’s campaign is failing, some anonymous people want him to drop out, he can’t win, and so on. It’s gross. |

While I would agree that most of mainstream media tends to lean left, especially editorials and the evening TV shows (Rachel Maddox, Anderson Cooper, Lawrence O'Donnell etc), they seem to be exaggerating the push to get Biden to step down. According to NBC, 36 Democrats are on record calling for Biden to step down, only 7% of Democrats in Congress. The other 93% are silent or standing behind Biden. I think the media has latched onto a story to make a somewhat boring election between the same 2 old white men more interesting. This makes the big donors panic, stories leak about elected officials encouraging Biden to step down and it becomes a downward spiral, a self fulfilling prophecy.
