I've ordered two different ones for my Dec Daily (from two different sb websites) and each album came with the WRMK label sticker stuck directly on the front of the album. The label will not peel off completely for anything! I can't believe WRMK didn't put some sort of wrap or packaging over the album because the front of both of my albums are just ruined with sticker backing. *I'm kind of a picky person yet kept trying to peel off the labels to make the albums useable. My husband, who isn't picky AT ALL, walked in, saw the fronts of both albums, and said, "Those albums are defective and are ruined. And how ridiculous that they would put a label directly on the album. You need to send those back and get a refund." He kind of got me thinking... It really is ridiculous. Anyone else had this problem? One album is the gold and clear striped binder album, and the other one is aqua with gold circles on the front. The aqua one is so cute... but so ruined.  |

I agree with your DH send them back . Most of the things that help loosen sticky tag (baby oil, rubbing alcohol) would probably damage the album......

I have the gold and clear striped one and used Un-Du and the residue came off beautifully, leaving the gold stripe perfectly intact.

I had the same problem and they replaced it. Now I have a couple where the metal ring mechanism pulled away from the rest of the binder.

Yep....same here, but mine were on the little plastic album that is clear with the gold heart. I also have the four by four gold album that arrived with the sticker on the front. I finally got it off but it took awhile and now there are some scratches and dents in the faux leather. I kept thinking...why would a company put a sticker directly on the front of their product. They know better.

I'd send them back. I'm so tired of companies cheaping out and using inferior junk and having little or no quality control. I've seen numerous posts here and elsewhere regarding inferior/damaged products. I guess companies figure we'll all just suck it up for the privilege of being their customer. Uh, shouldn't it be the other way around?
