I am wanting to adhere a long title using some old Heidi Swapp ghost letters. I have Helmar spray adhesive but would prefer a liquid. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Maybe the multi medium in matte? That dries clear and matte.....try in a small spot first.....

perhaps something like small dots of Beacon Fabri-Tac? It's clear, and is good for gluing ribbon, wood, leather, etc. Basically it's like a hot glue in a bottle.

I used Crystal Effects on them and wasn't that thrilled. They held fine, but if I didn't put enough on, you could see it thru the letters. If I put more, it oozed out from underneath. Sorry I can't be more help! I'll be bookmarking to see if anyone else found something that works.

Did the multi medium work?

It was okay. It showed more than I would have liked, but better than glossy accents. I don't have any Crystal Effects. I am not unhappy with the results because it is okay with me that it is a little murky I think the Helmar Vellum spray adhesive probably works the best of anything I have, I just didn't feel like using it!!

I did a clear book one time and had so much fun trying to cover up everything. In the end, I just had to put things on both sides. My clear letters were inked with Stazon or I used Stickles to cover up the glue. When I go back and look at the book I love it. It is one I made in 2007 too.
