I drink sencha or green tea and it has caffeine in it but I can drink it before bed and sleep. I don’t drink carbonated drinks or coffee. I haven’t had a coffee in a couple of months but I am not sure . My public loves my coffee but I don’t like it myself.

I drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and seldom have caffeine after that. I don’t really drink pop/soda.

I used to drink about 6 caffeinated drinks each day, but had to stop due to heart issues. I stopped entirely, and had terrible fatigue even after the headaches were gone. Now I usually have one or fewer caffeinated drinks per day, and it's tolerable. I drink herbal teas and caffeine free Diet Coke.

Currently I have one 12oz cup of coffee in the morning around 7-8AM. I go to bed about 11:30PM-12AM cannot have any caffeine after 2PM or I have trouble falling asleep. But I am a lightweight when it comes to drugs. If I can't sleep, I take one Motrin or Advil and it knocks me out.

I've drastically reduced my caffeine consumption over the past couple of years. I had to give up coffee because it irritates my bladder. Switched to tea, which has less caffeine to begin with, and I also drink a lot less of it and/or drink varieties that are even lower in caffeine. I usually have one 12 oz Coke Zero per day in the afternoon as a treat.
I don't really notice a difference in energy levels. The thing that affects my energy most in the afternoon seems to be the nutritional content of my lunch. More simple carbs = more tired.

I recently swapped my Dr Pepper zero habit for a cup of morning coffee...I miss the soda but unlike soda, I'll only drink one coffee. I'm considering switching to half regular-half decaf and then possibly straight decaf. I drank caffeine free diet dr pepper until it disappeared from shelves in 2020 and hasn't returned.
I drink water the rest of the day

On weekdays I typically have one 8oz cup of black tea in the morning around 6am. The variety may change, but it is always black tea.
In the fall & winter months I will occasionally have a second cup of tea a few weekdays a week, usually between 9am and 11am.
On weekends, unless we're in a heat wave or we are not home, I also tend to have that second cup before noon.
Then at 4pm on weekdays and most weekends, I have a decaf black tea.
That's the extent of my caffeine intake. I don't drink coffee or soda at all. I don't consume energy drinks. I eat chocolate only every so often and in very small amounts, so that amount of caffeine isn't worth considering.
If I drink a regular black tea in the afternoon, even that far from bed it can keep me awake too late at night.
Dh, otoh, has a cup of black tea directly before bed every night.

Typically, I have no caffeine. I stopped when I started getting migraines on a regular basis. Haven’t had another one since quitting. I get a small amount of caffeine in the chocolate I sometimes treat myself to.

I gave up caffeine about 45 years ago at the advice of my breast doctor. I drink only water. I *cheat* a little with my small serving of Trader Joe's 72% dark chocolate. I'm one of those weird people who have never had a cup of coffee or diet soda.

I drink 2 cups of hot tea in the morning. I love ice tea, if it is brewed (never instant). However, DH can no longer drink brewed ice tea so I just don't make it anymore.

I have 2-5 glasses of unsweetened iced tea a day and usually one large fountain diet Coke, plus water at bedtime and after exercise. I should drink more water and less tea but I like tea. Many see tea as water because it is made with water! My cardiologist and nutritionist said to count any tea I drink towards my daily intake 😁 I don't, because black tea is dehydrating. That's the only reason I try to limit it.

I have had a single cup of coffee every morning since I was a teenager. I have never really been into sodas of any type, but I have had them when out for dinner with my meal. I would have preferred water, but most places gave you tap water and the tap water in my area was horrible, even with ice in it. At home, I used a Brita filter and other than coffee, that is my only beverage. And for some odd reason, about 3 months ago, I quit making my morning coffee. It wasn’t a conscious decision, I just stopped craving it, I guess. I have probably only had 2 cups since then. And those 2 cups tasted fine, so I don’t know why it isn’t the first thing on my mind when I wake up.

I drink Republic of Tea's Hi-Caf black tea. Should I switch to de-caf? Probably. I only drink it until noon otherwise I can't sleep at night. If I want tea in the afternoon it's de-caf.
I'm currently drinking Tetley Green/Black tea. I need to order more of my hi-caf tea but I'm waiting until they have their fall teas out. I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Spice last year.
I drink my teas black, no sugar.

A cup of coffee in the morning and once in a while a Coke in the afternoon. I love the sparkly waters and I will drink a decaf coffee if I want one mid morning.
Years ago, I quit soda for a year and nothing happened. I didn’t feel any better or anything so I went back to drinking it. I only drank 1 coke a day so maybe it wasn’t enough to make a difference.

I drink one 16oz cup of coffee every morning then I drink only water for the rest of the day. I'm not opposed to having a cup of green tea about 2 in the afternoon, but I don't do that everyday.I will also drink a coke zero about once a month on the weekend.

I wish I could quit diet soda... I've quit meat, dairy, eggs, most highly processed foods and I am trying to quit artificial sweeteners and caffeine from soda. But it's HARD. I've drunk diet coke (or diet Dr. Pepper) for at least 40 years. (FTR, I do not drink coffee- diet soda is my caffeine source.) I've quit before for a short time, but never been able to quit for good. I have to have my caffeine first thing in the morning- either a fountain soda from the QT on my way to work, or buying a 20-oz bottle when I stop at the gas station to fill up my car.
I'd say I drink up to 30 oz a day on weekdays, mainly during my workday. It's a habit, but it also helps me wake up. Although the whole foods eating (and getting back on thyroid meds) has *immensely* helped my energy levels in the morning, the diet soda is still part of my routine. I love the taste- when it's RIGHT from the fountain or right out of the bottle- and I love the fizz. I've switched some of it up for sparkling water, but... I would LOVE to be able to quit diet soda for good.
(eta: I can never get past the first few days of headache from caffeine withdrawal.)

I don't drink a lot of caffeine. I don't like coffee, so maybe 1 soda or a glass of iced tea, but no later than 3 pm, or I sometimes can't go to sleep. Usually, I just drink plain water. I have never gotten a headache from lack of caffeine, I have gotten headaches from not drinking enough water though.

I don’t mind zevia and would be ok with just having that but it’s the diet soda that I would like to give up, but it’s very hard. I am mad at myself for getting started back up.

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day. During the school year, I often have a Coke Zero in the afternoon.
I have ADHD and the coffee helps immensely. It basically replaces my Adderall. I used to take both and I'd positively vibrate. I had to let one go, so it was the Adderall.
I can't remember the last time I didn't have coffee in the morning so I have no idea how I feel without it.

In college I was a king size snickers and can of coke at 8 am breakfast for calculus class girl. I was a Midnight Milky Way and can of coke girl!! I have one venti iced shaken expresso, which I was just talking to myself on stopping. I used to just have coffees on the weekend and now I am having one everyday. Rest of the day is ICED water. I used to drink coke like it was water, my breasts started to hurt and the dr. said to cut back. That worked. I rarely have a coke, but I do love them! I do not drink anything after 3 because I do find my mind just keeps running when I am trying to sleep. When I do cut back on caffeine, I do get the dreaded head ache. And I do feel better without it. But the drinks taste so good!

Over a year ago, I thought I had Meniere's Disease, and went cold turkey on caffeine. I thought it would help me sleep. It hasn't. It also hasn't helped with afternoon sleepiness. I guess it really didn't keep me awake like I thought it did. But it had other health benefits that outweighed the buzz, so I haven't gone back to it. I used to consume it all day every day and was having heart palpitations. Didn't even realize it until they stopped.

I have one cup of Typhoo black tea with milk and sugar or honey every morning. I was raised in a family of tea drinkers, they still are. Usually have one Diet Coke in the afternoon after work, or an iced latte made from cold coffee made at home in the summer when I’m off.
The only thing I notice re the caffeine is when I have an occasional migraine, if I have a cup of hot tea or a Diet Coke the minute I notice any visual distortions (usually a blank spot in whatever I’m reading), along with 2 ibuprofen, it makes the ensuing headache much less severe.

I refuse to answer this question based on the incriminating diet coke pulsing through my veins.

I have 1 Celsius drink in the morning (try to finish it by around noon), sometimes I’ll have a Bai drink late morning early afternoon. Any more than that won’t keep me up at night but make me more susceptible to headaches which I’m already prone to (not caffeine related, I’ve tried cutting it out before).

I drink coffee every single morning. About two cups.
At this point I do it because it is a happy spot in my day, and the headache that happens if I don't is excruciating and i just can't face that withdraw right now.

There is a t-shirt that says “I run on caffeine, chaos, and dogs.” Apt description.
I cannot drink brown soda. The caffeine in those gives me terrible migraines.
Coffee and tea…not a problem. Saturday morning, if I am up early and it’s just me and the Beast, I will drink an entire pot of coffee. Then, share another pot with Jay. I try to limit myself to one cup or mug a day during the week.
I have no desire to give up coffee and no desire to drink decaffeinated coffee.
ETA: No apparent effects. But, when able, I run myself ragged on the weekends. So, no crash/tired feeling. Wouldn’t know the difference if it were Fibro/CFS or caffeine.
