So I received a new order for the Steve D Carta Bella Halloween Fun line. I was going through the embellishments to put away in my small Iris containers used for photos. As I was through I noticed that a few were not centered and frames with pop out centers were not cut correctly.  Even if I didn't have clinically diagnosed OCD this would bother me. Quality control is something that needs to happen. I shouldn't have to take the time and trim the pop out from the frame. There were a few other embellishments that were off too. Irritated. The product I paid for should not be like this. Just a vent. |

Reach out to Echo Park/Carta Bella and include those photos. They will probably replace them for you. |

I'm with you, that would make me a little nuts. I would do what caspad suggested and reach out to them, they can't fix it if they aren't aware of it. I hope they make it right!

Yeah, I've had sets of die cuts where the printing and cutting was "off" by a few millimeters. On some pieces it's not very noticeable, but sometimes it drives me crazy. These would bug me. Some people wouldn't be bothered, I know, but uneven borders is something I'm always going to see.

That would drive me bonkers. Definitely reach out to the company, I too bet they would replace them or do something to make it right.

That would irritate me as well. Scrapbooking supplies, like everything else, cost more and more all of the time. We shouldn't be paying more for products that have issues.

Ugh! I don't buy most ephemera due to its heavy theming & often poor quality (e.g. improperly cut, images aren't centered, colors don't match papers).

See...I might expect this from Tuesday Morning stock, or even convention/expo purchases, but from regular stock? No. I would not be happy about it,. But to be truthful, I probably would not go through the touble of emailing the company. I hate dealing with companies.
