It's my last summer weekend (next weekend is the one that leads to being back on contract)
So, I nees to do all the things I didn't do all summer in a week (this is also how I did school)
Today is going to be 15 minutes in a variety of areas and then repeat. I've done some already
Next 15- recycle and break down all the boxes from prime day

Im working on cleaning out my closet. Holy crap. Its bad.
For right now, I am going to take 15 min to bag up the clothes that I am donating.

I got the donated clothes bagged and in my car.
Now I am going to start a load of laundry + pull out the extra organizing things I can put in my attic. Probably will take longer than 15 min.

Ok, Im back. I am finished working on my closet for today. I had to order some more pant hangers and they wont be here til Sunday. So I will finish the closet then.
Now I am going to fold a load of laundry and then wipe down the laundry room + laundry room floor.

We just had our gross garage floors redone so we have a 20' storage unit in the driveway and a ton of stuff in the guest room waiting to be returned to the garage. We have our work cut out.

Yesterday I started working on the mess that is my oven. It is so bad the self-clean feature probably wouldn’t work. So far I have done 4 rounds of leaving Bar Keeper’s Friend to sit and dissolve the crud. Getting ready to scrub again.
So far today: walked the Beast, stripped the sheets from my bed, started laundry, sat on the back porch with the Beast because he needed outside time, lunch.
Next is laundry, oven, make my bed.
1:45 pm: cat has taken possession of the basket of sheets 😂
Round 5 of oven has begun. I now have hope this will actually come clean.
2nd load of laundry in progress in main machine. The drawer is also in midst of a load. I love the washer drawer! Didn’t realize when I bought the washer that it was too big to run tiny loads. So, choosing to buy the drawer was a good thing.

Round 7 has been completed and Round 8 has begun on the oven. The front left is no longer a concern, it has come along nicely. The back left is now the problem area. I think it is because my arm is tired by the time I get to that area.
No walk. Hurt too bad from yesterday’s activities.
But, the Beast and I have had outdoor time and couch togetherness.
Laundry is going. Still need to make the bed and shower.

So far I have done:
4 loads of laundry
Cleaned kitchen counters
Cleaned stove top
August budget
Called Toby's vet about med
Done hand wash dishes
Ran dishwasher
Gone through Halloween/fall Iris container of scrapbook paper and embellishments and gotten rid of things I don't want
Gone through winter/Christmas and did the same
Organized medical paperwork for ds
Washed master room bedding
Need to:
Take kids to pool
Go to Library
Dry clothes in washing machine
Wash bath/kitchen/swim towels
Also went to the grocery store for a few items, loaded and ran the dishwasher, folded laundry and the kids put their items away. After dh steams his work shirts and pants, we will put our clothing items away.
Done for the day. Now to enjoy one of my 5 new cookbooks from the library before Big Brother.

I've been doing 15 minute bursts since 6:30 AM today. It's the only way to save me from becoming too overwhelmed today.
I've been keeping the laundry washer & dryer going all day. Several loads washed, dried, and kids can fold (or not) their stuff. I folded mine.
Dealt with mail & paperwork. Decided that I need a little recipe notebook to put my go-to's into, because they're just stuffed in a cabinet right now, each on loose scrap of paper.
Paid bills.
Found a charger that I thought I lost. Currently charging device.
Consolidated all my coins. Hear me out, it was driving me nuts to have change here & there. Now I have it all together, and out of the way.
Vacuumed.
Dealt with cat boxes, cat fur, etc.
Need to: (maybe not today...)
Rewrite To Do master list (coming up on new month)
Write a to buy list for all the miscellaneous stuff (like printer ink)

I ended up hiking with a friend yesterday and we took a wrong turn. What should have been a sub 2 hour hike turned into 5 hours, so I didn't get anything done.
My goal is to finish the living room.
I want a new rug and I need to get the old one up and the floor clean

Took a break and made lunch. Rice noodles for me with vegetables and reheated left overs from last nights dinner for dh and dd.
