If you use these, I have a question about the luxe bath towel. I can’t find an answer to my question.
Are the luxe bath towels the same material/texture as the tea towels? How about the washcloths?
I LOVE the fabric of the tea towels. I ordered two bath waffle towels to try and they are ok. I’m not sure I’d order more, but the tea towels are amazing and I’d love some bath towels like them.
Their customer service seems to be great, but I’m not good with returns. Thanks!

Are the luxe bath towels the same material/texture as the tea towels? How about the washcloths? Yes - it is the same. I have three. They are beautiful and big. But as much as I like the kitchen tea towels, I don't love the bath towel as much as I though I would. I got my son a big beach towel and they love that because it doesn't hold sand. I was SO FRIGGIN FRUSTRATED with them at Christmas time, that I deleted all my links to them and off Instagram etc. I ordered things almost two months out for Christmas and got the run around on them. Finally got them the damn day after Christmas. Everyone that I was going to give them too was back home, so I had to ship, and ended up buying different stuff anyway so there was something to open. My daughter loves the napkins and found out from her later that one whole set was cut funky and crooked. I won't order from them anymore. |

One of my towels had a defect and I sent a picture and now I’m waiting for the replacement. Maybe it won’t show up. I’m waiting for it before I send another order. I’m so tired of replacing towels. I’m hoping to love these and be done. lol. |

I’m so tired of replacing towels. I’m hoping to love these and be done. lol. My grumpiness towards them colors my reviews.. LOL But I do still like using their dishtowels in my kitchen. I love the different holiday patterns, and the ones I have given as a gift have always been well received. I have a stash of different holiday towels, and if I need a hostess gift, or just a little something fun for someone I bake something and wrap the towel around the dish. Or just bring the towel in a cute little gift bag. Mine have faded some, but I wash my towels in HOT HOT HOT water with enzymes, etc. I want my towels clean. They have faded, but it's doesn't look terrible. I stumbled upon a different company with the same type towels, but have lost the link. I hope they refund your towel. I think they grew really fast and weren't quite prepared for it. |

My new towel arrived and of course I could keep the one that had a tiny bit of fray. It’ll be fine to use. The waffle is thin. I’m not sold on it yet. Maybe I’ll just end up with the tea towels because I love those!
They would make a nice gift!
