Hi back from the colonoscopy.. will know more later, but they found two small polyps and all went smoothly except all the waiting.
prep sucked as usual, and I threw up this morning. but I did it well enough.
dinner is takeout.. possibly thai. first thing when I got home was eating my fav things I have been avoiding..nuts and berries.

teddyw, you must be on your way to Italy, I think!?!? If so, have a wonderful trip. AussieMeg, both you and Jeremysgirl need to become food stylists for your next career. You both take the best food photos. I have been tempted to switch back to real books instead of downloading eBooks. I download a book and then never read it. However, if I borrow from the library then I know that I have to read it right away. I love to read and rarely do. Hmmm...I live 3 minutes from the library, too.

scrapmaven trying to get there. A person who was bumped from another flight ended up with a broken seat and demanded a new one which there wasn’t one. His wouldn’t recline. Now there are thunderstorms so we can’t leave and he’s demanding to be let off.

However, if I borrow from the library then I know that I have to read it right away. I love to read and rarely do. Hmmm...I live 3 minutes from the library, too. And I am the opposite! I really dislike reading "real" books. I much prefer my Kindle. My aunty used to buy me a book for my birthday every year, well before I changed over to my Kindle. I eventually had to ask her not to buy me any more books, because I just wasn't reading them. I can't remember the last time I read a "real" book - it would be many years. My Kindle won't charge anymore, and I don't want to spend money on another one, so I have been using the Kindle app on my phone. It's not ideal, but it's better than spending money on another Kindle.

I’m not sure where I read it but that ingredient is not in the block cheese that you can shred yourself. All dairy products contain casein. Ok I stand corrected.

teddyw, I hope that you're in the air by now. I hope that passenger was let off and told to leave the airport. AussieMeg, I loved reading on my tablet, because I could download a book right away. Plus, I didn't have to worry about the book clutter. Unfortunately, I need something to inspire me to read. I'm a bookworm. What gives?

**GypsyGirl** what delightful news!!❤️❣️❤️ teddyw I enjoyed that book. It's perfect for a vacation. I still remember reading a book on the beaches of Hawaii about atrocities in China during Mao's Cultural Revolution. What was I thinking bringing that for a vacation. AussieMeg I love my kindle and audiobooks. My kindle is lightweight, has a stand, I can read at night without disturbing DH and adjust the font. I don't buy hard copies of books anymore. Tonight I made California rolls for dinner.
