I brought my tablet to work to have the Olympics on. I didn't realize until this morning that it was the team finals. So yes, I will be watching live.

I am WFH today, so I’ll be watching live as much as possible. Same here. Glad it's summer which is our super slow season so I'm just piddling around with work and can watch the gymnastics more closely than otherwise. |

ETA other than that it looked pretty darn good to me overall.

I’m recording to watch later with my competative gymnastics dd. Not sure when we will watch (I don’t care if it’s “spoiled” because we watch for the routines) since I’ll get her from school at 3 and go straight to the gym getting home at 8 tonight then HW and shower and dinner.

No, I think what you were seeing was because we still hadn't completed as many routines as other countries, so we didn't have as many points. In any case, GOLD for Team USA! All the Simone Biles naysayers (not here) can suck it! |

I had to bring my son to the dentist right in the middle. I could not find a place to stream online, so had to use the video camera in my house to watch the tv... /laugh I got in the house and everyone rushed to tell me Simone just completed her floor routine. YAY!!!

I think they may attempt some of the harder stuff in the individual finals. I don't know what they will do in the All-Around. |
