Our daughter wants a destination wedding in Oahu. It will be very small; approximately 20-25 guests. I'd love any recommendations for hotels/resorts where the entire wedding/small reception could be held all in one place. I know I can Google (and I have), but personal experiences are always good information.
It will be early June 2025 as they both work in the school system. We'd love a hotel with ocean views, restaurants on site (or very close) and a wedding planner who will help with details. They aren't too particular about any specific part of the island, and with the small number of guests, cost isn't really an issue.
Any recommendations would be most welcome!

The only resort I have experience with is Hilton Hawaiian Village. I know they do all of that. They might be too large of a resort, but they definitely could do it all.

Check out the Hilton Hawaiian. They actually have a chapel on-site next to a waterfall. Lot of restaurants on-site and right on the beach.
Another place to check out is the historic Royal Hawaiian. They have a nice garden for an outdoor wedding.
ETA - It is a little pricey, but also look at the Kahala Resort. It is outside of Waikiki if you want to get away. It is right along the ocean in the Kahala area of Oahu.

We used Weddings of Hawaii to help with our wedding this past January. I would 100% recommend them to help with the event if you need that. We like to stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort when on Oahu.

And so many nights I just dream of the ocean. God, I wish I was sailin' again.

No experience with weddings there but we absolutely love the Hilton Hawaiian Village so another vote for that.

Hilton Hawaiian Village has everything you asked for and is located right at the end of the Waikiki "strip." If they are interested in a quieter part of the island, you might look into the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore. It also has all the things you would need but in a less hectic environment with less crowded beaches.

We love staying at the Marriott K'olina. It is two resorts down from the Disney and Four Seasons resorts. Very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of Honolulu.

No advice as far the venues.
Not being rude. Just a kind and humble reminder. Please extend grace and understanding to those who decline attending. Please do not guilt or pressure anyone to attend. Not everyone can afford to attend a destination Wedding. Not everyone wants to use their limited vacations days, on a destination that someone else has chosen.

Thank you for the suggestions! ScrapbookMyLife, that is a very good reminder regarding guests. We are helping those who need a little help with costs as we don't want to burden anyone financially. It's one of the reasons they are keeping the wedding so small with only very close family.

I have stayed several times at the Four Seasons in Ko’Olina. I have seen several weddings there and if I ever got married again, that’s where I’d pick. It’s just beautiful. You can have the entire thing there and they do the wedding planning.

I don’t have any advice about hotels or resorts that offer wedding packages, etc, but I will say I’ve been to Oahu twice, both times in the Ko Olina area. It’s so much less crowded and quieter there than Honolulu!

I would HIGHLY recommend a travel agent. They will be able to find exactly what your dd needs and make sure she has all the information she needs
