Today was my bucket list day - get my book signed by Chef Michael Smith. Mission accomplished! He was lovely 😊 Him signing between shucking oysters:  His first book/show before there was Food Network:  I came home and posted to my Instagram, and also shared it on my business stories. Then THIS happened:  OMG dying! Don’t harsh my mellow by telling me it was likely staff doing it. I refuse to believe it 🤣 |

That's so awesome! I loved Chef At Home. He'd go in the pantry and had all those jars lined up. His son and then wife would come for the meal at the end.
There is a wall with jars at The Inn At Bay Fortune too. That was my favourite part.
